"Overcharged. We were supposed to stay for one night in two rooms. Hotel agreed to adjust our stay at checkout. Then at checkout they refused to make the adjustment and claimed we hadn’t spoken to them. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism."

"We loved the unit and its location. Gorgeous view of the mountains. Couple of maintenance items - dishwasher cleaned very poorly. Lots of dust under the beds."
