”Rooms were clean, just old. They do have roaches, they were seen in our suite and in my parents suite. I didn't like having to take out the trash at the end of my stay either. I don't know why that bothers me so much, but having to put garbage in my car, really made my blood boil!! It wasn't bad but for the money we paid, I wouldn't go back. ”

”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”

”Check in team were very friendly and helpful. Parking lot was small for the amount of vehicles. Good food close by. Breakfast was ok, you can never go wrong with fresh waffles.”

”When traveling without kids this resort is not necessarily adult friendly. The indoor pool is loud and lively and the jacuzzi has little toddlers in it. I think more adult only time and no small children in jacuzzi is in order!”

”Our room was clean. However, the hotel seemed a bit rundown. We also had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. I was starting to get worried but finally someone came. I think he was the only one currently working. Also, most of the exterior doors, even though they had scanners for your key card, did not work and were propped open or did not close all the way. Although my room locked properly, it just was a weird feeling to think that anybody could just...

”You could have told us before we booked (indeed, even before we checked in!) that the main restaurant and the spa (the two amenities we looked forward to) weren’t open for the first two days of our three-day stay.”
