Great stay, everything was as advertised. Lot's of extras in the kitchen! Excellent internet, cell service and cable TV. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful view and back patio. Large home with plenty of room.

Great view and fantastic back Patio. The Master Bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen and entire house was equipped nicely and very clean. We really enjoyed the grill, fire pit, and Kayaks.

Great house, fantastic back patio with lovely views! The kitchen was well equipped, the Master Bedroom was very large and the bed was very comfortable! Each Bedroom was nicely decorated and very clean. All the house was very clean! Our time there was great! We enjoyed the grill, fire pit and kayaks!

Photos of property are accurate. House is very clean. Great layout with master upstairs, and on the level below two bedrooms on one side and one bedroom on the other side of house. Worked well for our group of adult kids/grandkids. We loved this location. Private yet close to store for groceries and there are chain type stores as well as restaurants just down the road a bit. Owner is very responsive and left very thoughtful gifts for our group. Would definitely rent this property again. Great stay!

Relaxing, perfect Get - A - Way

Tucked away on a narrow peninsula, a very quiet canal street. The house is ~200 yards from the open gulf water. Canal depth was typically 5-8' The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home was clean and welcoming (plenty of room). The internet and cell reception were excellent. Plenty of local eats (seafood/American). The owner thought of most everything e.g., fishing poles, spices, seasonings, keurig coffee, sweetners, kayaks, foils, films, paper towels. Appliances were new and high quality.

Relaxing on this great property

I booked this stay from a friend of the family. This place was fantastic! My husband & I as well as our nephew and his family stayed here over a long weekend. My husband and I stayed in what we called the "Penthouse" The master bedroom on the 3rd floor and it was just that! We enjoyed the property so much. We used kayaks, fishing poles, and inflatable tubes for swimming. The outdoor living space was very nice and loved the outdoor kitchen as we made use of that as well. Inside the main living space, the 2nd floor was laid out nicely and was wonderful for large gatherings. We also made use of the elevator as our nephew had some knee problems, so walking the stairs was just too much for him. I highly recommend this property as a place to stay for your get-a-way, It did not disappoint at all. Super clean and well-decorated and everything works as it should.

Best Action Ever

Our family needed a little getaway but at the same time wanted a place that we could spend some quality time with our each other as well...this was the perfect place! The home itself is beautiful. It is very spacious but not too big that everyone seemed distant. The overall appearance of the home was very clean and is nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed having their own room with a tv and stereo system in it as well. The kitchen had all the imitates needed to cook with. The living room area had plenty of space for everyone to sit together and watch some movies or enjoy some family game time with a few of the games that are provided. Outside, the yard is well maintained with even its own little beach. We highly enjoyed the patio area. There we were able to enjoy the beautiful Florida sun and if we needed some shade we could just open the canopy and not have to move our chairs at all. The outdoor cooking area is awesome. It was so nice that we even cooked breakfast outside one morning. From the comfort of our chairs we could safely watch the kids swim in the water, catch fish off the dock or even take a ride on the kayaks. We were visited a couple times by a passing dolphin or two on the hunt along with a manatee grazing on the sea grass. When we wanted or needed to go somewhere, we didn't have to travel far. Wether its visiting the mermaids in Weeki Wachee, taking a hike down the trails at the Weekiwachee Preserve or eating out, there are plenty of restaurants and stores near by. Overall, this was by far the best vacation we've had a family and we will definitely be back.
