”Beautiful property. Uncomfortable beds and this was the 2nd time staying there. Staff are friendly, so aren't. AC unit made a racket all night. Breakfast eggs are horrible. It was like rubber and honestly looked like a child's toy! Put a hundred dollar hold on my debit card and my bank needed an invoice from hotel showing we stayed there an order to release money, hotel refused stating I booked room through a 3rd party. Well they had no problem putting a $100 hold that clearly shows Berlin...

”This hotel is in a great, walkable location. Close to local shops and restaurants. If you arrive late, the Market Grill is walkable and serving food late. Also delicious! The staff at this hotel were very friendly. Our room was clean and parking was super easy and convenient. This was a great stop on a roadtrip!”

”Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. ”

”Have stayed several times at this property. Like the location to all the shops in Berlin. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hate that the pet rooms are on the top floor, but deal with it and aware that's how it is. Might try the Berlin Heritage next time with pet room in back lower level. (Hope there are pictures on the walls, last time not!) I would suggest you offer the guest breakfast at either of your locations and that is communicated to guest upon check in. Breakfast (light) at Loding on...

”This is a nice, basic place to stay. No frills, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Accessible to shops and restaurants in Wooster with a 5-10 minute drive. The bed was clean and modestly firm - no lumps or bumps! Showers were nice and hot... too hot, actually, so mind the tap!”

”Cute place- very nice for families or for a romantic getaway! Cleanest place I've ever been. Super relaxing- they thought of everything! Fireplace, jacuzzi tub, super soft beds, balcony on 2nd floor had glider chairs and a big sliding glass door that overlooked the pond and fountain..... will be telling all my friends and family. Super close to both Berlin & Millersburg. Easy check in- easy check out. Quiet and serene.”

”Fantastic 4 night stay. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Just what we needed. The hot tub was our favorite even though it was chilly out, we made good use of it, the local shops are great. Found some cool stuff to take back home, wild life is amazing to watch. We saw an owl, a hawk catch a fish out the pond, black squirrels, and a cardinal that visited us numerous times a day. We will be back! ”
