We found a large bug in the room, the bathroom door got stuck and locked my son inside (maintenance said it had happened before), and the AC unit smelled strongly like urine when turned on. Getting old
You can tell it’s been a nice establishment, but is now showing signs of age everywhere. Room was small, carpets dirty and musty. Beds were worn down and lumpy. Good for a single night’s stay, but desperately needs a thorough makeover.

Clean room, helpful enthusiastic staff, and a nice hotel to stay at overall. The location is prime if you’re a baseball fan or going to an event at the convention center because the hotel is just across the street.
