”The room smelled and there was hair on the bed. We received another room that smelled worse but cleaner. The hair dryer didn't work but they brought us a new one and the Faust to the tub came off the wall. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and the walls were in bad shape.”

”Booked a non-smoking room but when we checked in, the front desk associate said it was smoking. When we asked for a king nonsmoking, she informed us that they did not have any king nonsmoking and would be putting us in a queen room. Said there was no price difference. As a disabled person, I cannot do stairs. When she told us we were on the second floor, I asked if they had an elevator and she told me "You can do a couple of stairs. It's not that bad." ”Disaster. Dirty and outdated. At 11:00 at night they needed to evacuate the 2nd floor because someone fell thru the stairs. The fire Marshall was there and deemed the 2 nd floor unsafe because we didn’t have 2 sets of stairs to exit if needed. They moved us to a first floor room and told me I would be compensated for 1 night. Just got my charges in the card and they never gave me the credit. Stay away from this property.”

”When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.”
