”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”The hotel had a few positives — check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and I appreciated that management refunded me when I checked out a day early. The location is also convenient, with easy access to I-64 and several restaurants nearby.
However, the downsides outweighed the positives. The breakfast options were very limited, and my room did not feel clean upon arrival. The biggest concern was finding a cockroach in the shower, which was unsettling. I ultimately only stayed here because...

”2 of my wheel covers were stolen during my last stay (sad face) BUT besides that my stay was PERFECT!!! I've stayed there twice so far. I do apologize for not remember the staff name but everyone that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I would have stayed again on this upcoming trip, but the price was a little too steep for my pockets due to waiting to the last minute to reserve. I will how ever make sure to book in advance because it's hard to find a hotel that stays consistent especially...
