”The room was exceptionally spacious and full of character. Many hotels are a bit soulless but this is far from the case here. The staff were professional, friendly and always with a smile. I've seen a few reviews have commented on 'hidden charges' - breakfast isn't included but this is clear from the very start and there's no pressure to eat here in the morning. If you do, however, the food is excellent (we had dinner) and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

”Our room was clean & tidy. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast, food in the evening & drink were good & reasonably priced. Overall we have no complaints & enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place. In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families. Yarmouth was not far to travel to. Thank you to all the staff. ”

”We arrived really early before our check in but they let us park our car so we could go off and enjoy the day and told us our room would be ready a bit earlier if we wanted to come back before check in. The check in was really efficient lady was so polite offered to carry our luggage. Room was on the 3rd floor wow a lot of stairs but room was really clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean really warm and welcoming. Had a couple of drinks at the bar staff were so...
