”Your classic inn with worn down rooms and most basic breakfast. Uninterested staff who coukdn’t care less that there were BLOOD STAINS on the rug of our room. Got another room which after confirming two times was not similar than the bloody one we left behind. ”

”Welcomed by friendly Front Desk member. Enjoyed a cocktail at lounge while waiting for room. Check-in was easy and quick, room clean and one we requested. Stay was very nice. Good dinner in restaurant. Would return and recommend. Just across the bridge from Shambles for Christmas shopping, Minster, park, river walk and other sites of interest. ”

”Room was pretty cold (17 C) but heating unit helped a bit. Room was a little dirty but it was ok. Parking possibility for 10 GBP/night. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Pretty old building - brought nice vintage feel but ventilation lacking. Friendly staff!”

”Excellent location. We managed to get a free parking space just down the road. Just a short walk into the city. We had a big room at the front overlooking the street and garden with a huge bay window. Very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. They cater for everyone including vegans, which was a bonus and the table service was very quick. Food was hot and delicious. Staff were all very polite. The only negative was the extremely firm mattress, which I struggled with., but it wouldn't stop us staying...

Ravintolapalvelut ja pub saman katon alla. Ravintolassa hyvät ruoat ja niinkuin aina aamiainen lähes täydellinen. Pubissa paikallisia bittereitä ja aleja. Aikaa nähnyt rakennus, pienet narinat ja kaltevat lattiat kuuluvat lähes kaikkiin vastaaviin hotelleihin, joten se on otettava ominaisuutena ei vikana.”
