Luckily we were able to use WiFi from the cafe opposite to enter, but this coupled with noisy A/C was not the comfortable first night we had hoped for in Seattle straight off a long flight. There was also a hole in one of the towels which I would not expect from such an establishment.”

”Clean rooms. We had two rooms, one of which had a view of the alley behind the property. Not a big deal for us as we were staying only one night and after check in, returned to the room late. Rooms had enough space to be comfortable and were clean and well organized. I booked the rooms over two months ago and it would have been convenient for them to be at least on the same floor but they were two floors apart.”

The location was nice and quiet. Within walking distance to QFC, the paramount theatre, and the Seattle library. And I believe the bus took you right to pike’s market place.”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal. ”The property doesn't have any parking or area for luggage drop off. No luggage carts for help. The check in system is not helpful. The check in staff was not helpful or happy to help. The key card system is awful, your card is only good for your assigned floor, you can't help others and they can't help you if your hands are full and your key card is not out. The hallways are dark, the rooms are tiny .”
