”大変お勧めの宿泊施設です。 アパートメントのベッドルームを借用するタイプの宿泊施設で、キッチン・ダイニング・リビング・ランドリー室も共用スペースとして使えます。バス・トイレはベッドルームに付いています。 とても清潔でセキュリティがしっかりしています。バス・トイレ・照明・クローゼット等々の設備も上等です。昼間は英語を話せるハウスキーパーの方が居り安心です。朝食付きプランの場合はそのハウスキーパーの方が朝食を準備してくれます。私が宿泊したのは高層階だったので眺望も抜群でした。 場所はコロンボフォート駅から南へ２.５ｋｍ程。近くにガンガーラーマ寺院やコロンボシティセンターというショッピングモールがあり、またシナモンガーデンズ地区にも近いので何かと便利です。 （注意ポイント）チェックインは、建物１階のロビーで管理者と待ち合わせて手続きする方式です。事前に管理者から待ち合わせ時間の問合せメールが来ます。予約時に登録した電子メールアドレスを使って、現地で電子メールのやり取りができる様に準備する必要はあります。”

”We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The accommodation is not in the middle of the city but in a quieter location, that suited us perfectly. The accommodation borders a long, beautiful beach that leads you to the Surf paradise. Lovely outdoor shower in our cabana. Worked well with the fan mosquito net. Good service with everything from food, bikes, washing clothes. Very nice and accommodating staff. We appreciated the accommodation so much that we chose to book another night. Lungy and nice....

”This is a whole house! 3 bedrooms, 2 twin size beds and 2 queen size beds, and 2 bathrooms. There is even a full kitchen with cooking utensils. The views are amazing!”

”Großartiges Aparthotel. Sehr netter Gastgeber Upul, spricht sehr gut Deutsch, und auch das Hotelpersonal war stets höflich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige und perfekte Ausgangslage für diverse Touren. Die Villa ist neu, sauber, gemütlich und geräumig. Großes Zimmer, großes Badezimmer und große Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, etc. Sollte etwas fehlen oder benötigt werden, einfach sagen. Es wird unmittelbar gebracht bzw. besorgt. Genauso war es mit dem Frühstück...

”The apartment was great, and overall the stay was good, but when I arrived, there was still menstruation trash in my bathroom from the prior guest which made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. ”

”The information about this hotel was extremely misleading. First of it says has an outdoor pool....there is NO pool!!!! Secondly it advertises FREE airport transfer.....that is also not true. Let me say the family who run the place were lovely & extremely helpful BUT you cannot advertise a pool and free transfer & not provide these things. I think Hotels.com should look at this. Also the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. They also said Wifi but none was available ”

”AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! ”

”Kiva hotelli hyvällä näköalapaikalla ja tuktukilla Kandyn keskustaan lyhyt matka. Huone oli siisti ja mukavan moderni, myös allasalue oli hyvin huolehdittu ja hyväkuntoinen. Työntekijät olivat myös erittäin ystävällisiä. Yleisilmeeltään varsin mukava hotelli, mutta miinusta itseltäni tulee hotellin ravintolan palveluista; ensimmäisenä aamuna oli aamupalabuffet, mutta kahtena muuna aamuna oli tarjoiltu aamiainen. Olisi ollut mukavaa, että jokaisena aamuna olisi ollut buffet, eikä vain joinakin...

”Hotellissa on kiva allas katolla. Huoneet olivat tilavia ja viihtyisiä. Kaupungin meteli kantautuu huoneisiin. Keittiössä laitteet eivät toimineet.”

”It could be amazing, but it appears that they have run into some problems. Everything isn’t fully built or in order yet. The manager tried to make us to pay extra outside of Hotels.com by contacting me on whatsapp. When we were leaving, he tried to get us to pay the full bill again, in cash, which we already had paid to Hotels.com when booking.”

”Staying with family and the place is clean and safe, Also the area is main heart of the city which is walkable to MC and near cafe shops, even malls.”

”When we got to the hotel they 1st said they didn't do hotel's. Com so i was about to cancel my credit card as i thought i had been scammed had i done so it would have been very inconvenient. After 20 minutes of panicking the manager came over and said we did have a booking. If i had not paid upfront i would have walked out NOT HAPPY 😡”
