Fun facts about the flat:The Flat has been almost a local institution sine the 70's, housing many generations of locals aswell as travelling rock stars, musicians and professional surfers over the years!
In this flat, legends have been born, the brand Finisterre was started by the founder Tom in the second bedroom many years ago. A sticker can still be found on the bedroom window from the start of their journey!
