”All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

”We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. ”This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. ”The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. Would be nice to know this is a gated community and a rental car is needed to get groceries, get to swimming pool or eat out.”

”This booking was a scam, got to the property and no reservation listed under my name. Reception confirmed the phone number listed on booking was not the phone number on file for the owner. ”We were greeted by Ms Kathy who took us on a tour of the villa. It was very nice and more than enough space for me and my 4 girls. The pool/clubhouse was very very nice. I was very skeptical of doing this online and this place did not disappoint. I will be returning! Big ups to Kathy!!! ”
