”The staff friendly and helpful, drawback was no availability for breakfast or evening meals, some sites still show them doing food. However did recommend a couple of places to visit, found a lovely cafe about 150-200 yards around the corner for breakfast.”

”The manager, Matt, was especially helpful & friendly. Check in was quick and welcoming. Had 2 Queen bedroom on top floor overlooking the Thames. Room was very nicely decorated, has 3 mirrors, beds excellent, lots of room. Walk in shower and bathroom good size. Many large, beautifully decorated rooms to eat in and a large patio on the river front. Lots of entertainment by the various birds on the river. By far the best hotel we've stayed in for years.”

”I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. ”

”It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare”

”The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

”We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care.. We do not recommend any other People to book this Apartment, if u ignore our Comment and do then you are gonna have fun… Good luck..”

”Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard. Overall I give 4/5 stars.”

”We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information. The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. ”

”The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again.”
