Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath town home located near Vilano Beach! 10 minute walk to beach access off 3rd Street. 5 minute drive to North Beach. Near shopping and restaurants not far from downtown St Augustine. Sleeps 8 on one King Bed (2), one Queen Bed (2), two twin beds (2), and one pull-out couch bed (2). Private patio/grill area and Private propane firepit. Enjoy a peaceful stay near the one of the world's best beaches!

Vilano Beach

We loved this place for close access to Vilano Beach and St. Augustine. We have stayed in nearby condos on the same street and this was the best one! Updated, cute and comfortable. We will be back!

Perfect beach townhouse

Amazing Stay - Walking Distance to Vilano Beach

We stayed for 2 weeks at this property - and it was absolutely perfect. Very clean, quiet, bright, nice backyard, all the amenities of home, and large enough space for family of 5 (and our fur baby!). Mattresses were super comfy!! We have been coming to Vilano Beach for 3 years now, and this was the best property we have stayed at so far!! Weston was a dream to deal with - always responded promptly. Thank you!!! We had no issues with approximation of closeness to beach - we sometimes walked, sometimes drove to the public beaches. We will be coming back next year!!!

Excellent accommodation

Central location with an updated unit including appliances. . Very very comfortable bedding for a great night sleep. The back yard is private with a grill for grilling and a fire pit for conservations with a drink. Convenient to the grocery store, restaurants nearby and a few minutes to St. Augustine. The host is superb and highly recommended

Beautiful townhouse. We loved it!

We loved this place. We stayed in a different unit in this development last year. It was nice and we enjoyed staying there. However, the owners of this four townhouse group have done an outstanding job of furnishing both the condo AND the backyard. Large, fully fenced backyard for our dog, very comfortable adirondack chairs and a fabulous gas fire pit. Beds are super comfy and the beachy decor and kitchenware are perfect. The beautiful white sandy beaches are inviting and dog friendly. Beaches are near enough to walk and we loved the public beaches a very short ride away. Our dog had a blast chasing balls and the birds. WILL BE BACK! Not many walkable restaurants, but Uber eats was kind enough to bring us food whenever we called. We will be back!

Family Vacation

This was a great rental and perfect for our family. It was spacious and had plenty of seating. It would be great if there was more comfy seating in the living room. And a wood burning firepit. And a hot tub! :) It was great, tho. Close to the beach, close to the grocery store, close to St. Augustine.

Location is perfect!

We are renovating so we stayed 20 minutes south in Vilano Beach. We loved the rental and and pets did great! We went to Caps three times and Aunt Kate’s once. Went into downtown St. Augustine and enjoyed dinner at the Floridian. This condo had everything. Was very comfortable and if you need anything Publix is five min away. Great location !

Fantastic Stay

The property was exactly as listed and much closer to the beach and restaurants than we even anticipated. We had a wonderful stay. Working with Westin to book, stay, and checkout we’re all seamless. We will absolutely stay again!!

Cozy Beach Stay

Our visit was short but very relaxing. The home was roomy and the beds were comfy. Enjoyed the private back yard. We did have some issues but Weston was very nice and prompt to address the issues. I give this beach home a rating of 4 Stars and that is because of the small issues that we had. For those that have a small pet and likes a cozy feeling but yet roomy this is a great place to stay.

Beach vacation

The Villa is nicely updated! Love the fenced in back yard and the outdoor seating and firepit. We appreciated being able to bring our dog. Additionally, the neighborhood is fairly quite. Weston is helpful and quick to respond to anything that is needed. As others have stated, it is a short walk to the beach. You may be more comfortable going the back way through the neighborhood to gain access to the beach. Just a recommendation - it would be helpful to have a beach pull cart available for renters as it would make the walk easier. All in all, we loved our stay at Vilano Beach Townhouse (Ask Weston about the other rentals he owns! :) We are looking forward to enjoying another stay at the Villa! Thank you Weston!

Beautiful vacation villa

Beautiful villa with professional decorating. We loved the fenced in backyard with plenty of seating around the fire pit. Everything seemed new in the villa with a fresh feel. Weston was very attentive, helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had regarding the villa or recommendations of things in the area. Great place to relax!

Great property!

We had a wonderful stay. The townhouse is well stocked with towels, beach equipment, and kitchen supplies. It is beautifully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The beach is a short walk from the property. We would definitely stay again!

Attractive Updated Property

This house was very clean and recently updated with attractive decorating. We especially appreciated the brand new appliances which were in great working order and the outdoor firepit which we enjoyed sitting around while visiting with each other at night. Getting to the beach does require about a ten minute walk to get to the nearest public access. Mattress in the master bedroom was good quality and very comfortable. Overall, it was a very clean and nice house, a good value for the money, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. New appliances and furnishings. Fire pit out back was a great touch. The only thing I’ll say is I didn’t notice in the listing was the half wall on the upstairs bedroom. Certainly isn’t ideal when staying with a toddler who can climb but overall was a great experience. I would add some type of latch higher up on the front door to further childproof the property and prevent a toddler from getting out easily. But again great property and would certainly recommend to anyone

Comfortable and scenic

The townhouse was just as advertised with cute seaside themed accessories. The outdoor seating was great for the humans, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our two small dogs. We would stay again, and for longer with so much to do in the area.

Amazing Stay!

The place was extremely clean and ready for when we arrived and it is just as beautiful as the pictures. It was in a very calm location with walking distance to the beach which we loved! The backyard area was well kept and awesome for hanging out at night or needing a quiet moment outside. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!
