  • Täm�� täysin remontoitu 4. kerroksessa huoneisto on kaunis näkymä merelle pihan yli ja aivan yli Oceanfront allas. Voit rentoutua tilavalla parvekkeella ja kuunnella valtamerten aaltoja. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja suihkukaappi päällakylpyhuoneessa. Vierashuoneessa on täysi sänky ja sohva, jossa kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä vierashuoneessa. Kolmas makuuhuone on "Crow's Nest", joka nukkuu kaksi rakennettu kahden hengen kerrossänky. Siellä on myös kannettava luntti tämän condo perheen nuorin jäsen. Tämä perheystävällinen huoneisto sisältää Wi-Fi-yhteyden, pelejä ja elokuvia, joten perheillä voi olla laadukasta aikaa sekä uima-altaalla että rannalla.

Great Beach Condo

Nice condo with great beach! Condo was clean, well appointed and included a closet full of beach toys and boogie boards. Kitchen had lots of dishes, pots and pans which made cooking easy. Great pool area and the boardwalk out to the beach was very nice. The beach here is wide and the white sugar sand is amazing. Close to restaurants and activities it is a great place to stay.

Good Condo not my favorite

to start with the positive- it was beautiful, clean, great location, easy access to the beach! negative-for the price I would expect to have enough supplies to get me through the entire trip not just a couple of days (toilet paper, trash bags) some simple body wash and shampoo and this place doesn't offer that. We are on vacation what would do with the extra supplies WE buy-we have to leave them. We use VRBO often and this is only the second time I have come across a place only providing supplies for the first couple of days, it will be something I will pay more attention to in the future. The beds were super comfy, and we did leave behind some fun beach supplies for the kids including two toddler life jackets for others to enjoy.

Great Family Holiday Trip

Our family rented this condo so that we could spend New Year's together. We had originally tried to find a place in downtown St. Augustine, but I was so glad we couldn't! Our condo at Colony Reef was perfect! We enjoyed our view of the water, walking on the beach each morning, and even the hot tub! We were still close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the sights. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable! Plenty of seating for the 6 of us, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We needed more towels and baking sheets, but the office had both readily available. Check in and check out was very easy. The only thing that would have improved our stay would be some games and maybe some staples like Saran wrap/foil etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo!

clean up after your stay

a guest is told to empty refrig., strip beds, take out trash . basically an hour of work for over 60. i wasnt given extra time for this. many rules to follow and you MUST read all of them because they will charge for an additional day or possibly jailed it All rules are not followed. The rules are NOT listed in an easy to see location in the room. They are in your Welcome packet when you arrive. I hated that the rules were demanding and not friendly AT ALL i paid a cleaning fee when renting the room. Cleaning people need to clean or be replaced. we will not be back.

Called & it couldn’t be fixed until Monday (we left Saturday). We had 2 small kids that crawled around, the carpets could use a shampoo & the floors need mopped & the master bedroom has dust on the picture behind the bed that caused some sinus issues. We love the balcony, the pools, the beach area! We’ll be back.

Great location to visit both National parks in the area. Disappointed with availability to internet and lack of television service based on the lack of internet connection. Office staff were friendly and quick to offer help. Would have appreciated one or two more dishwasher packets. Also having another kitchen towel would have been helpful.

This particular condo had plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans, and even some plastic plates and little silverware for our kids. My only complaint is that the oven takes FOREVER to cook! It was over 20 minutes just to get up to temp at 350. Other than that, this unit is great. Beds are super soft as well.

The condo has definitely been updated from the pictures shown on VRBO! It's a very easy location, within 15 minute drive of anywhere we wanted to get to!The beach is great! Not super busy, beautiful white sand, and crystal blue water! Pictures don't do it justice
