Palma Beach House

Welcome to our newest modern tropical retreat, Palma Beach House, where paradise becomes your reality on Butler Beach. Immerse yourself in the magic of island life and escape the ordinary. This coastal gem is your perfect getaway—a sanctuary after a day of beach bliss or exploring the enchanting charms of St. Augustine!

Palma Beach House is a fresh escape, radiating an organic modern beach vibe and offering a serene and relaxing retreat. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths, it's designed for families or couples seeking the ultimate coastal experience. Park up to 8 cars with ease, including small boats with the circle driveway (there are a couple boat ramps nearby). Enjoy provided amenities such as a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and cable TV. Revel in the 32 feet of glass sliding doors opening to the expansive outdoor patio featuring a saltwater pool and spa, BBQ grill, dining table with an umbrella, and a lounge area with t.v. for entertaining.

The rare one level floor plan features 12 ft. ceilings and 2 spacious primary bedrooms with king beds, walk-in closets, and an en-suite bathrooms with luxurious rain shower heads. Each have their own private sliding patio doors to the pool and spa deck. The roomy third bedroom also has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and large closet. The fourth bedroom beckons kids with its 2 twin bunk beds and arcade game featuring more than 6 vintage games. The bunk room has it's own t.v for the kids. A pack-and-play and highchair are thoughtful inclusions for the little ones.

All essentials are provided, including linens, towels, toiletries, and more (washed with unscented/no dye laundry detergent for guest comfort).

The open-concept main living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a large sectional couch and a large 75" t.v. for movies or game days. The fully stocked kitchen invites you to cook or grill outdoors with the provided BBQ (propane included). Sugar, creamer, Keurig coffee pods, and tea bags are all provided.

Step into the backyard patio with beautiful saltwater pool with sun shelf and spa, lounge seating, a 65" t.v., dining table with an umbrella, 4 chaise lounges and string lights creating an enchanting atmosphere into the night. Garage amenities include surfboards, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, and a wagon for the short walk to the beach. Two outdoor showers are perfect for rinsing off after sandy adventures!

Enjoy keyless entry with a unique code for your privacy. The property is private and quiet and the entire home is yours to savor during your beach vacation!

Note: ANY VIOLATIONS OF HOUSE RULES MAY RESULT IN EXPULSION WITHOUT REFUND AT ANY TIME.
-A few owner's closets are locked and off-limits to guests.
-A/C unit will turn off if sliders are left opened.
-There is an extra fee for a heated pool or spa. Please let me know in in advance if you would like to have the pool or spa heated. $40 per day. Takes 24 hours to heat up.
-If you need more space...the house next door is my Boho Beach House and you can rent them together. I designed them for large groups sleeping 18 guests all together!
