Tämä rauhoittava 2. kerroksen parvekesviitti on loistavalla paikalla ja näkymä parvekkeelta. Queen-vuodesohva on täydellinen paikka nauttia 37 tuuman taulutelevisiosta. Olohuoneessa on kattotuuletin, joka pitää merituulen liikkumassa läpi. Keittiö on täysin varustettu pienellä mikroaaltouunilla, uunilla ja 4 polttimella ja jääkaapilla. Laatta backsplash ja kaikki tarvitsemasi keittiön mukavuudet. Kylpyhuone uusittiin uudella kylpyammeella ja pukeutui marmoriharmaaksi. Omassa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-patja ja 32 "taulutelevisio. Tämä on ihanteellinen huoneisto lomallasi rannalla! PIENET lemmikkieläimet sallitaan.

The Window and sliding glass door did not lock, we had to put something in them so no one access the unit thru them. There is no hot water in the shower, you're lucky if you get luke warm water We reported both to the front desk but where told "yay, we know" but no apology or we'll try to get that corrected for you.

A lovely spot💓

This was the best beach stay. I was throughly impressed with the cleanliness of our unit and the thoughtful touches throughout. Beach access is fantastic, pool was utilized everyday with my toddler. We will definitely be returning!

This place looked decent online. It felt dirty and sticky though. My feet were black after a few minutes of walking on the floors. They looked clean with the exception of the rug. It was like someone just poured cleaner on them and didn’t clean it back up. A pillow fell behind the bed and came up covered in human hair. The couch had to be covered with a blanket we brought from home. One side of a cushion had a wet poop spot on it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We ended up not bringing our pup, but if this place can’t clean up after animals maybe it should be pet free. The TVs they brag about don’t work, because they need to be connected to wifi; the lodge wifi barely works if at all. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. If you stay here bring a couch cover.

Need updating , Very upset guest

First night we got there our air unit was not working, had to have a new one installed. After being installed the ac unit leaked water all week and we were told that they could not do anything about it until after we checked out. So our whole vacation we had to keep putting towels on the floor to soak up the water. On top of that out tub did not drain. Decor need an update, Jew was great, but as much money as we paid to stay it was horrible and very frustrating. I will say they did give us a very small credit back, but honestly it should of been a lot more due to what we had to deal with the week we stayed.

Great location but…..

The location and breach are great. These comments are for unit#216 and are nit picking, but when you charge the cleaning and damage fees this property does, I thick I should point out a few not up to 5 stars. 1) bathroom sink stopper not connected to faucet. To close you push down with your fingers and to open you open the falling down cabinet door and push on the level the middle of the faucet should be attached to; 2) bedroom closet door bottom is rusty and the mirror is broken; 3) refrigerator door opens right to left requiring you to go around the door to get to the kitchen counter—just move the hinges to the right side of the door; 4) poor lighting on kitchen counter tops—adding a couple of under cabinet lights would vastly improve the functionality of the kitchen; 5) 2700K and 5000K lights in same fixture is annoying to me; 6) bathroom door and hinges should be replaced; 7) several kitchen cabinet doors are starting to fall and are not straight. 8) light switch in bedroom turns off all outlet except for TV so stalk clock resets until I moved it to the TV outlet. If the damage deposit and cleaning fee were not what they are, I may have let these issues go like I would in a motel.

Great for me and my husbands vacation. Very clean and spacious for the size. Beautiful view. Right on beach that was not so crowded. Everybody was so wonderful and nice. Enjoyed it so much we extended our stay an extra day. Definitely would/will stay again!

Smelled like dog pee, dog poop everywhere, dogs barking at 3 am.

The view was wonderful, it was nice that it was pet friendly but the room smelled like dog pee and the rug In the room looked as if it had smeared dog poop. Dog barking all hours of the night.

Perfect location

The location was perfect.....I didn't receive communication on check in until I requested it a few hours before check in. The condo was a little outdated with a loud AC unit. Tiny bathroom.... So small I had to do my hair and makeup in the living room. The furniture in the picture is not accurate. I would probably stay at the resort again, but maybe a different unit.

Perfect Ocean Front Quiet Retreat

Small but perfect for 1 to 2 people. Love the fact that it's ocean front. I also love that it's on a quiet part of the beach, south of the prime area of St. Augustine Beach. I've stayed here before and will absolutely stay here again.

Great location, condo needs some work

We loved staying right on the beach, the property manager was very accommodating and we were able to check-in and go to the beach early which was great. But we thought the condo needs some work. Kitchen was great but the door needs replacement or at least a good paint job, and sliding door to the balcony needs an upgrade as well. The AC was really loud. Condo smaller than expected overall.

Great weekend getaway

We were in town for a family reunion and to spend some time on the beach, this place was the perefect location just 2 miles from the reunion and of course beach front. The view was awesome and the bed was comfy. It could use some detail cleaning (dust behind the doors/at the ceiling) but it was clean enough where it counted. Thank you for a great time away!

Small, but great location

The condo is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures, and the couch is very uncomfortable. It is in a great location and has a great view of the beach. The unit was very clean, and the staff was very nice. The pool is nice, but it closes at 8pm. Overall all we had a great time, and we would consider staying here again.

Paradise needs Upgrades

I have rented from Homeaway/Vrbo for about a decade I have a long profile. I have never given a bad review. We are totally OK with outdated or older places but this condo had a sofa that needs to be replaced. It's sad to be taken advantage of just because you have a beautiful view doesn't mean you should rent out a condo with rusted chairs, leaky air, a disgusting front door and a tub that had to be unclogged by my husband. It's a shame because we really love Crescent beach.

Tired furniture, mismatched chairs, burned large pan-unable to use it

The couch was uncomfortable to sit on, I cannot imagine anyone sleeping on the hide-a-bed. The couch needs to be replaced. I had wanted to cook dinner for friends, but the large Dutch Oven was not usable--completely burned on food and disgusting! On the plus side, the A/C unit by the patio door was not functioning so I called the Front desk. Within a 1/2 hour the unit was replaced with a functioning unit. Front desk/service was outstanding! Owners need to spend 24 hours in the unit to see how disappointing it is.

The property was right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. We really liked the kitchen. The only thing that we were disappointed with was the sofa bed. My son slept on it the first night and reported that it was very uncomfortable. The following night he slept on the sofa itself.
