This open-concept, completely remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath flat is perfect for your vacation getaway, making you feel relaxed and at home. Conveniently located on the ground floor! Great location

This unit was just the right size for our family and located just a few houses down the street from the beach. It was clean and nicely updated. He little fenced in back yard was just enough for the pups to take care of business or to grill some burgers (we brought our own small portable grill though there was one there). There were also some nice Adirondack chairs in the back and the front to enjoy a drink outside, depending on where the shade is. The towels and sheets could be replaced, they were quite worn. And we would’ve appreciated another chair or loveseat in the living room to give everyone a place to sit in the evening. Otherwise it was just right for the long weekend.

Birthday Trip

Disappointed in agent reaction to being allergic to laundry detergent. It was told to handle this myself. If you or someone in the group is sensitive to detergents this is not the company to rent through. If you are expecting to do some cooking during your stay be advised many basic needs are missing. We loved the location and walked many places. The layout of the home was great. Due to the location issues mentioned above we will not return to this unit.

Awesome Place!

Great location! We could walk to Beachcomber, Mangos, Kukaburra Coffee and we were only 3 houses back from a beautiful beach. The private yard area was perfect in the morning for coffee and to let the dogs run around a little. Beds were super comfortable.

Beautiful home, lots of room, very clean, and great neighborhood a 2 min walk to the ocean. Had 1 issue with a shower faucet but once I called to notify, someone was out to fix it quickly. Will definitely recommend this property to others

Fantastic Property, Fantastic Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is beautiful, both inside and out. The condo was a great size and very clean. Great location! You are a short walk to the beach (so nice!) and to all sorts of restaurants and shops. You are also not a far drive from historic St. Augustine, the lighthouse and other attractions for kids. I highly recommend this vacation rental. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved our stay here! The beach is super close and the condo was perfect for our family! It was so easy to park right at the front door and not have to deal with stairs or elevators. We loved walking to the coffee shop and the taco stand down the street!

Stayed with my husband and our 2 year old and another couple. Plenty of space and great location. Wish they would have had hair dryers because we didn’t bring one. And the a/c in one of the rooms wasn’t very strong. But overall a great rental experience

Great Weekend!

This is our second year staying at this place for a weekend in St Aug. We obviously loved it because we booked again when we saw it available! This place has everything you need and is super close to the beach. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

We spent a week in St Augustine. This was a perfect location with access to the beach, short walking distance to lots of restaurants and a short drive to the historic downtown area. It was perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend Pit Surf Shop, Kookaburra coffee shop, and Burrito Works Taco Shoppe. We can’t wait to stay again!!

Enjoyable Stay

We were happy to have found this St. Augustine Beach rental. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our month long stay. It is close to the beach, good restaurants, and 10 mins from St. Augustine historic district.

Fun place!

We enjoyed our stay. Pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was. We were a little inconvenienced by the dryer not working, but that was manageable. Also, the furniture was not very comfortable and should be replaced. The location was great and it was really nice having a private yard.

Family vacay for Ga/Fla game.

Nice area of St. Augustine. Good restaurants nearby. Beach is a 5 minute walk. The unit is big enough for 6. Beds were comfortable. May rent again in the future.
