Carriage Manor - Located in the Heart of Downtown Historic St Augustine. The 3 BR 2 BA features 2 BR upstairs with a full BA, Living Room, Kitchen and a HUGE outdoor Deck. Downstairs has a connected in law suite with 1 BR, 1 BA, a living room, Kitchen, Laundry and its own private screened in porch.
Free Parking on site for 5 cars. Perfect for a family or group of friends looking to stay in Historic St Augustine
2 miles to Vilano Beach and 1 mile to Historic ST George ST. Fenced in front yard for your dog and we are pet friendly. Steps away from the Trolley Station and Fountain of Youth. The Carriage Manor exceeded our expectations. It is a short walk to the Fountain of Youth, and about 15 minutes from the Historic District. Both kitchens were well stocked, and there was extra linens provided as well. We look forward to coming back.

Great little unassuming property with a short walk to the entrance of the Fountain of Youth where we went to a wedding. Short Uber ride to downtown and the Christmas lights or great food. Neighborhood is very walkable and safe and has a cute little coffee café called the Fountain of Juice.

At first Josh was very responsive, communication was great and he was accommodating. After we got to the property (we only stayed upstairs as some in our party didnt make it) the bedding you could tell was not washed which i didnt messagr about, but there was a window that the glass was like loose and when i messaged Josh i got no response

Family Birthday Trip

Went for a family birthday trip. My husband and daughter the same and my daughters best friend. The girls who are in their mid 20's had the entire upstairs and husband and I were downstairs but still had the feeling of being together. Both apartments fully stocked. The dogs loved both decks and the yard. I cannot say enough about the peacocks! Great stay and location!

Cute house

This house was very cute! It also was very accommodating to families and pets. Check in was super easy. Communication with the owner was prompt and polite. We would definitely stay here again if back in St. Augustine. Our only surprise was the peacocks chirping. It took us a minute to realize what the noise was!

Great location if you enjoy walking!

The location was great for all the surrounding area options for sight seeing, shopping, and dining especially the fountain of youth on Magnolia Street (Beautiful!). The beaches are also a short drive away. Loved that there were two kitchens. The fenced in property was nice since we had our dog. The upper deck was covered in leaves and the couch cushions were laying all over the place so we never sat out there. The door hardware for the bathroom stick which isn't ideal for kids but its an old cottage so I guess that is part of the charm. One of the neighboring properties is a complete mess with creepy toys in the yard and on the porch so could have done without that view, but overall it was a great spot and our family enjoyed it!

Cool house, Great location!

Three friends… in St Augustine for three nights… our first time there. The house is perfect for getting where we needed to go! And we felt very safe there. You can walk to the Trolley Stop! Also, the neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around. It is very well appointed, comfortable and more than enough room for us all. Owner was quick to react when I had a couple of questions. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

The property was as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. Floors were dirty a lot of dog hair. Couldn’t find a broom or mop to clean them. Couldn’t get the upstairs AC to work. Overall a very nice place.

Great central location with cozy backdrop

The property was in excellent condition with full amenities, including toiletries. Located steps away from the Fountain of youth and the most romantic street in all of St. Augustine. My 6 year old son enjoyed tramping around the spacious driveway trying to catch lizards. We enjoyed 2 kitchens and the patio spaces. We will most definitely book with this property again.

Great Location w/Lovely Outdoor Deck

We loved our stay in St. Augustine! The house is charming--updated but with a lot of original character--and a short walk into the heart of the historic district. Our favorite part of the stay was spending time outside on the deck (with views of large trees covered in Spanish moss.) One of our favorite rental experiences to date!
