An open-concept layout connects the living and dining areas, framed by large windows with ocean views. Comfortable seating creates a relaxed place to read, watch TV, or gather. Air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and Wifi keep things comfortable, while a dedicated workspace offers a convenient place to focus.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates 6 guests across three bedrooms and four beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, balcony access, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, closet space, and a workspace. The third bedroom offers a twin daybed with a trundle and multiple desks. A second full bathroom with a bathtub adds convenience.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen provides space to prepare meals during your stay, with a dining table for gathering over meals or planning the day ahead.

Outdoor living
The covered lanai offers uninterrupted ocean views and a steady coastal breeze. A private beach access path leads directly to Crescent Beach, and guests can also enjoy the pool and tennis courts within the community. Beach essentials are available for time spent by the water.

Washer, dryer, free parking on premises - 2 spaces, elevator access, private entrance, and self check-in with a keypad make your stay seamless.

Neighborhood
Located in St. Augustine near the Intracoastal Waterway, the condo offers easy access to both beachfront relaxation and the historic charm of downtown. This is a no-pets property.
