Step out onto the wraparound porch and let the salt air settle in. From up here, you can catch the sun climbing above the Atlantic, and if you're lucky, spot a dolphin or two riding the morning surf. Set in Crescent Beach just south of St. Augustine, this five-bedroom beach house is built for groups who want space, comfort, and direct access to the coast - all without sacrificing the little extras that make a trip memorable.

Living & dining
The top floor centers around an open-concept living and dining area that flows naturally onto the wraparound porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens, a Keurig coffee maker, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes your group needs. A dining table and powder room round out this level, making it easy to host meals without the scramble.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 12 across five bedrooms, spread over three floors and connected by an elevator for easy access between levels.
On the second floor, the primary suite offers a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom - with a private porch off the room for quiet mornings. The Flamingo Room features a queen bed and a smart TV, sharing a hallway bath with a tub. A third bedroom on this floor has a twin daybed with a trundle and its own private bathroom with a shower.
On the ground floor, the bunk room sleeps six across two bunk beds with trundles - a natural fit for younger guests - and opens directly to the covered patio. A fifth bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom with a glass shower completes the floor.

Game room & beach essentials
The garage is set up as a full game room, with a foosball table, ping pong table, beach wagon, and more. Beach access is just one block away, with vehicle drive-on access so you can bring everything you need for a full day out. Beach gear is also available on-site.

Outdoor space
The covered patio on the ground floor includes an outdoor shower - ideal for rinsing off after the beach. A backyard, BBQ grill, and patio or balcony space give the group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the coastal air at any time of day.

Location
You're minutes from local restaurants and shops, and just 15 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine. Whether you're after fresh seafood, a round of exploring the oldest city in the country, or simply a quiet stretch of beach, it's all within easy reach.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
