Welcome to Someplace Good at Sea Winds!

Cozy and comfortable, this is a home away from home just steps from the beach! Located on the ocean side of A1A Beach Boulevard in charming St. Augustine Beach, you have the perfect location for an unforgettable beach getaway.

Our condo is owned and managed by a local family here in St. Augustine Beach. The condo is warm and welcoming with wood furnishings, inspired design and neutral linens. The warm tones, natural surfaces and colorful local flavors create a unique laid back atmosphere for you to slow down, sleep in and stay longer!

The condo is designed to host 6 adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen sized and twin bed. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen comes with cute little touches, including coffee provided throughout your stay and an adorable coffee bar, a variety of beverages chilled in the fridge for your arrival, and other sweet treats! A selection of games and puzzles are provided for you to enjoy, and all three TV's are equipped with cable and Roku streaming devices. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a private gated beach walkway, access to the pool and jacuzzi, and tennis courts. A patio accessible from the living room and master bedroom make the perfect spot to sit outside and relax. The condo is attached to a garage, which can be used to store all of your beach supplies, surf boards, golf clubs, and other vacation items. A selection of beach supplies are provided for your enjoyment during your stay, including an umbrella, cooler, blanket, boogie board, bag, chairs, cart, towels and toys. Spend your days at the beach or pool and then indulge in all of the restaurants and shops in St. Augustine Beach, enjoy Anastasia Island or explore historic Downtown St. Augustine right from your door step!

My friend an I had a great time at this condo! The location was great with only a few minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Historic St. Augustine. It was very clean and comfy and we also enjoyed the nice little personal touches! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Property

We were very impressed with the home. There is a nice kitchen, dining area, livingroom, 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths. It has a waterway in the backyard with lots of birds and turtles. A small walk outside will lead you to the beach. Anastasia Island is a wonderful vacation spot. You're just minutes by car to historic St. Augustine. We highly recommend renting this place for your stay.

The condo itself was so clean and cozy and beautifully decorated with all kinds of personal touches and extras. The complex had a quick and easy walk to the beach through the gate. The hosts made us feel so welcome and gave us their personal number in case it was needed. I can’t say enough good things about it. It was such a nice stay because of how much thought the hosts put into it. 11/10. Can’t wait to come visit again!

Wonderful family vacation

We had an amazing week at Jack and Heidi’s condo in St. Augustine! We traveled with our 2 children (1.5 and 5) - the location was perfect, and was conveniently located near the pool and beach. The condo itself was very clean and inviting. Jack and Heidi were very responsive - we had an issue with the lock when we got back from dinner the first night with 2 tired kids, and Jack was at our door within 15 minutes to help us out. Our favorite kid-friendly activities: Pirate Museum, Castillo de San Marcos, Pirate Cruise and the Alligator Farm. We loved Beachcomber for dinner, Kookaburra for coffee and Island Donuts. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation

This is our 4th year staying at Sea Winds. This condo is by far our favorite. It is beautifully decorated and there was more than enough space for our family of 6. We absolutely loved everything about this condo. The host is amazing as well. There were sweet welcome notes and treats for as when we arrived.

This was absolutely the perfect condo to rent! So spacious and beautiful! There wasn’t anything I needed, the condo was stocked with everything we wanted and more! The host thought of everything! This was my first Vrbo rental, I couldn’t have been more pleased with this condo! I would definitely rent here over and over again!

Spectacular Stay!

We were blown away by how beautiful this condo was! The location was fantastic! Only down side was the pool was closed for a few days - but the beach was so close! Would recommend to anyone.

Taylor girls annual sisters trip

This was our annual sisters trip. I was not able to go due to an unexpected trip with my Granddaughter. My sisters told me that the condo was very nice and very clean. They said it was the nicest one we had ever stayed in. They wanted to make sure we rented this one again. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The best choice for St Augustine Beach!

You can't find a better place to stay when visiting St Augustine Beach! The condo was super clean and had so many little extras. From the cold beverages waiting for you in the fridge (and mini chocolate bars!) to the fully stocked coffee bar to get your day started, they just thought of everything! We love all the throw blankets, as it makes it so comfy to just kick back and relax. The patio out back overlooks the little pond, and we saw a heron, ducks, Florida Softshell Turtles and even a Roseate Spoonbill! The beach is such a short walk and I got up to watch the sunrise every morning. The pool was clean and refreshing. The condo complex is quiet and people were friendly. Just a short distance to anything you need and downtown St Augustine. Thanks so much to the hosts for providing such a wonderful place to stay! Don't wait, book now!
