Forever Sunshine on ihanteellinen paikka seuraavalle rantalomalle! Tämä hiljattain rakennettu kolmen tarinan koti on varustettu uima-altaalla ja sisähissillä, ja se on suunniteltu maksimoimaan lomasi. Kun astut kotiin, löydät yksityisen vierashuoneen maanpinnan tasolla, jossa on queen-size-vuodesohva, täysikokoinen jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kylpyhuone ja helppo uima-allas ja patio. Toisessa kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi valtavaa kuistia. Iso makuuhuone on ylellinen kylpyhuone ja king size-vuode. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa 2. kerroksessa on queen-vuode ja kolmannella makuuhuoneella on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Jokaisessa näistä huoneista on oma taulutelevisio sekä helpon pääsyn katettuihin terasseihin kodin etu- ja takapuolelta. Kun olet päässyt ylimmälle tasolle kotiin, voit mielellään löytää kaunis avoin pohjaratkaisu elintilaa korkeat katot, kaunis rannikko sisustus, suuri litteä televisio, nopea internetyhteys ja upeat näkymät. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on myös vierashuone, jossa on vyöryä sänky, joka voi joko nukkua kaksi henkilöä erikseen tai majoittaa king size-vuode ja täydellinen kylpyhuone sekä kaksi katettu kannet pois edessä ja takana kotiin. Tämän kodin ulkotilat ovat hämmästyttäviä. Ja juuri kun luulet, että olet nähnyt kaiken, on vielä yksi portaita! Tämä portaikko taivaalle tuo kattopannulle, jolla on joitain parhaita merinäkymiä kaikissa St. Augustinuksen uimaranta! Tämä upea koti, St. Augustinen ranta, kävelyetäisyydellä monista ravintoloista, baareista ja kaupoista, on vain noin 5-10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä historiallisesta keskustasta St. Augustine. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including plenty of towels, beach towels beach toys and beach chairs. The location is wonderful one block from the ice cream shop and walkable to several restaurants. The house is only a very short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and refreshing after a day at the beach. The property manager was wonderful. She was at the house within minutes to take care of two minor issues we had. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was beautiful. The only suggestions I would like to add is the outside decking could use some sprucing up and the water pressure in the showers was not great! Otherwise, it was super clean and comfy.

Forever Sunshine is a wonderful home in an ideal location. So much room for 8 adults and 2 children. Quick walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Wonderful to sit by the pool late afternoon! Many great spots for breakfast and lunch within walking distance! So much to do. Overall highly recommend!

This property is so clean and beautiful! We took full advantage of being so close to the beach to enjoy the spectacular sunrises! The elevator worked out great. The beautiful kitchen is so well stocked with anything you’ll need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it truly was our home away from home❤️

We had a wonderful time. The beach house is absolutely beautiful and close to everything including the beach. The weather wasn’t the greatest, but no one can control that. It gave us more time to enjoy the house. There were six adults. We had plenty of room and bathroom. Good neighborhood. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great property. Short walk to beach. Easy access to other island fun - tacos, breakfast, morning, coffee, miniature golf. We lived in Saint Augustine for 12 years and moved away in 2020. Came back for a graduation celebration and my family and local friends could not have been happier. Endless Summer thank you!

Arrived shortly after 3 with easy access to the house. Lovely home, well decorated and plenty of room for 10 people. The layout is perfect. Short walk- 1 block to the beach- brand new walkway over the dunes. House was well stocked with basics to get started and kitchen had everything you needed if cooking meals. Beach chairs, boogie boards and even a wagon to get essentials to the beach were in the garage. Great location- highly recommend for families!

The house and location were great! Plenty of room and close to everything. The only minor complaints we had were the grill was too dirty to use and one of the deadbolts was really difficult to close. Like I said though minor complaints. Everything else was lovely!

We had a tremendous time staying in this home. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and this house gave us plenty of space to spread out but also has great communal areas. The views are SPECTACULAR. The location is perfect. It is just steps to the beach and close to restaurants. Just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The check-in process was good and communication was good. Overall a beautiful house. There were a few issues that could be addressed to make the stay even better and this is why I didn't give it five stars: -the kitchen is not well-stocked at all with cooking supplies. It is just the bare minimum. So if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking (as we were), be aware that it is bare bones. -the grill is very old and rusty. -there were only 3 beach chairs and one camping chair provided. Only a small beach umbrella. For a property of this caliber so close to the beach would have expected nice beach gear for at least four people. -little touches needed like there were barely any hangers in the closet. Not a big deal, but again for a house of this magnitude expect not to worry about things like this. -a lot of things need some TLC. Some of the deck chairs were dirty, rust on fans etc. The place just needs some more attention.

Had a great family trip to St. Augustine Beach. Easy short walk to the beach. Loved having beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to use. House was bright and roomy. Property manager was responsive. Elevator was helpful for our handicapped son and for groceries. Only negatives were that we needed to use all beds and upon arrival the sleeper sofa was broken and unusable. Upon calling they were very nice and said there was an air mattress. This just isn’t the same as a real bed. Also a few other minor things I feel could be improved upon for the price paid….multiple light bulbs were out and there were wrappers and dirt under and behind some furniture. Overall would recommend this property. With a few minor update it would be a 5/5 in my opinion.

This house checks ALL of the boxes: Near the beach, near St. Augustine, lovely private outdoor spaces with ample seating, including the wonderful backyard with a private salt water pool, CLEAN, modern, spacious, easy check-in/check out, very responsive host. The house is VERY vertical so the indoor elevator was wonderful for our elderly family members. My family loves coming to St. Augustine Beach because it's beautiful and there is so much to do and see. But I have to say that what I enjoyed most this trip, as a mom of 4 year old twins, was being able to walk to the pier from the beach house (or take a very short drive- there's ample parking) and enjoy the splash pad park, playground, and beach, then walk down and across the street to meet the rest of our group at the Sunset Grille for an early dinner.

From booking confirmation all the way through the checkout process, Jamie and the endless summer rentals team made our stay at forever sunshine unforgettable. The house is incredible, perfectly equipped for a family of 5 And our extended family guests. A short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and an ice cream shop just around the corner- we had the best time! And the view from all of the porches is terrific. You will not regret staying at f Forever Sunshine! We will be back!!

3 couples shared this house. It’s perfect! And so clean. Each had our own bathroom. Plenty of towels The kitchen is well equipped. The only suggestion is a larger coffee maker. The outdoor space and pool are well maintained. We spent more time there than on the beach. We have plans to return next year. Thank-you!!
