Nestled between beautiful Vilano Beach and marsh fields stretching out to the intercoastal sits our beautifully decorated beach house. Our family home is under a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 3 mile drive from downtown St Augustine. The house is comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities for a great vacation. Publix supermarket, restaurants, rooftop bar and shops are within walking distance. Enjoy spectacular sunrises at the beach and sunset views from the porch or the balcony which overlook the marsh fields.

The house is divided into two spaces. The guest house and the main house. The main house has three bedrooms (one has a king bed, two have queen beds) and two full baths. A spacious fully equipped kitchen, living room with a queen sized sofa bed, and separate dining area. The guest house is a separate space that has the fourth bedroom. It has its own private entrance, the bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The guest house also has its own kitchen and dinging/living room area. There is queen sofa bed in the common space. There is plenty of shared space out in the porch and in the balcony. There is a sitting and eating area in the outside deck. There is a grill for your family BBQ. There is a picnic table next to the grill as well. There are a ping pong and a foosball table and other games downstairs.

Beach chairs, a cooler, a beach cart and a couple of beach umbrellas as well as some games are in the closet underneath the house by the staircase. It has a beach stuff sign right above it. The beach closet code combination lock is 919. Ping Pong balls and paddles are on a plastic bin by the game tables.

ONLY ONE DOG ALLOWED UP TO 20 LBS, we require a pet fee. Do not allow pets to sit directly on the furniture or linens. Please bring a blanket or a dog bed. An extra cleaning fee may be added if excessive hair is found on furniture/linens. Also, an extra cleaning fee of $200 or cost of replacement will be assessed due to any pet related accidents. Please no cats. St John's County rules require your dog be kept on a leash when walking on the beach and not on our property. Please make sure your dog has a collar with the pet's info at all times. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET

For your safety there are security cameras which we MONITOR, COVERING and RECORDING the entire perimeter of the house, main entrances, outside deck, and grill and games areas in the garage.

RULES:
No parties or events of any kind
No smoking or vaping of ANY KIND inside or around the house, apartment, front porch or balcony. If you or your guest smoke there will be an extra cleaning fee of $200USD and a truthful review will be posted to your profile
No sitting on the handrails of the porch or balcony
No hanging bathing suits or towels from handrails
Do not move/drag furniture inside units
Do not bring inside furniture outside or outside furniture inside
Do not move/drag furniture between main house and the apartment
Guest booking needs to be 21 and over and be present throughout the reservation
Only paying guests are allowed in the house, no visitors, no overnight guests
No parties or meetings, events of any kind in the house. This is a violation of the house rules, VRBO will be contacted, your reservation cancelled and you will be escorted out of the house
