We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

This boutique retreat offers a self-guided experience, with no onsite management, front desk, or turn-down service.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the unit. Our building has a highly sensitive, interconnected smoke detection and fire alarm system. Smoking or vaping inside the unit may trigger the fire alarm for the entire building, resulting in unnecessary disruption for all guests.

There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.
