This is not a typical vacation rental. Every space in this home was intentionally designed and curated by Sonya’s Décor Uptown. Rather than furnishing for a rental, the home was created as a collected, design-forward experience—layering textures, art, furnishings, lighting, and thoughtful details throughout to create a stay that feels elevated yet comfortable. Newly built in 2023, the home is retreat overlooking the San Sebastian River marsh in historic Lincolnville that combines modern architecture, expansive windows, marsh views, and indoor-outdoor living while remaining walkable to Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

Historic Lincolnville is one of St. Augustine’s most walkable neighborhoods, known for Victorian homes, tree-lined streets.The home is approximately a 10-minute walk to Historic Downtown St. Augustine and Flagler College.

• Owners live in Lincolnville and respond promptly

Renter agreements have become very common in the industry; it summarizes the various house rules, policies, etc and protects both hosts and guests. It will be sent as a link outside of VRBO. While the reservation and the agreement remain integrated with VRBO, the channels do not want to manage these documents.

Lincoln’s Villa is part of The St. Augustine Design Collection with nearby sister homes that may be booked together while maintaining separate accommodations. Traveling with a larger group? There is a similar three bedroom home, Lincoln House, next door and is perfect for large groups. These can be rented together. There are additional collection homes nearby.

Guests who book listings will pay the following taxes as part of their reservation:
