Walk into living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked very well with anything you will need to cook. The built in dining area is so cozy and perfect for family meals and games. Off the living room is the screened in patio. There is a covered seating area with views of the marsh.

Going back inside, the bedroom has pocket doors to the bedroom. The separate bathroom and additionally separate laundry room are accessed through the bedroom. There is also a second porch off the bedroom that overlooks the front yard and our onsite gravel parking area.

In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. *There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

We love welcoming pets! Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog`s alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage, or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly; there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We'd love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $100 for 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
