Overall it was a great stay - there were no washcloths available and the towels were pretty thin, and some of the dishes were dirty. But, decor was nice, view was great.

We had a wonderful stay in Saint Augustine. We have been visiting this condo unit for many years. Unit unit was well equipped, Had a wonderful view. Owner communication was great. We hope to visit again.

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very comfortable, pool and grounds were kept nicely. Beach was wonderful. Location of the condo was good, near grocery store, some restaurants and fish market. . We rented bikes and rode the beach side of A1A which as fun and close by. Overall, a great place to stay.

Beach Week

The property was nice, very clean & convenient to both pool & beach. The owner kept in communication with us during the whole check in process, which was very helpful. The entire property was full of families with children, so our great grandson had an especially good time. And last night before leaving, we had the perfect balcony view of the full moon - perfect ending to a great week.

Good location, beautiful beach

The location of the condo was great. It is close to historic downtown, restaurants and the beach is right there. The beds in the unit are comfortable. The pool at the complex is large but not heated so it was a little chilly in April. The outdoor space was not functional for us, we did not find the chairs comfortable (even with provided pads) and due to the height of the chairs and balcony railing I was not comfortable with my children sitting on the chairs. The communication with the owners was easy and responses were quick.

Perfect location, beautiful condo!

Spring break I decided to take my 14 yr old great niece to St Augustine Beach. I love the wide beach and the town is a great place to visit. This condo was perfect! So close to the beach and an easy walk to get there. The balcony overlooked the pool and had a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was very well stocked and the place was recently renovated and looked great! The communication with the owner was fantastic. The Oasis restaurant was so close at the end of the street. Would recommend going there. We had a great time!!! Thanks Beth!

This location was perfect and convenient to everything! Had a perfect view of pool and quick minute walk to the beach! Very clean, comfy beds and such a cute place to stay! The owners were incredible to us and very responsive when needed!! Def recommend to stay at this place!

Family Vacation and Senior Trip

Our daughter graduated high school and really wanted to visit St. Augustine Beach. I began looking on VRBO. After several days of looking and trying to figure out the area, I booked this property. It is steps to the beach and had a nice pool. Upon arrival, you could tell it was an older building, well established. The condo was nice. There is a nice shower downstairs that my husband and I used. Our vanity was in our master bedroom. The girls used the bathroom with shower/tub combo upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked. Also, the owner, Beth got me a griddle so I didn’t have to bring mine. Great person and owner who goes above the normal grade to make your stay enjoyable. Plenty of towels for bathing and beach. Hand towels and wash clothes. The check-in and check-out process is easy. The property had plenty of spots/showers to wash off coming from the beautiful white beach. The pool area was cleaned everyday. Impressive. The people were nice and families were from all over. A lot of roots and history here. We learned a lot and met adult children, grands, and great grands from original owners. I would rent this place again.

We had a perfect trip! The location is wonderful. You have a great beach view from the condo and the walk to the beach is short. The pool is big and well kept. The condo itself is beautiful and very well-stocked. The couches and beds are super comfortable. The owners are very kind and communicate quickly.

Excellent!

Everything from beginning to end was smooth and easy! We stayed a full week for our longest trip yet, and it was like being at home (but with the beach!). The place was as described with plenty of space for 5 of us comfortably. What a beautiful beach with a short walk over the dunes! Watch out for pets and cars though! (That was new for us- driving on the beach and tied up pit bulls, barking)

Excellent Location and Service!

My family just experienced one of the most relaxing and stress free vacations in years. The entire Spanish Trace Property was immaculate as well as the beautifully updated Sea Glass Condominium. We had gorgeous views of the ocean and pool from the balcony as well as the upstairs bedroom and private access to the most pristine beach. The unit is fully equipped with new linen, towels and cooking utensils and the small sentimental touches like welcoming snacks from Beth demonstrates just how much they care. We had to make 1 call to the Neville’s during our stay due to the downstairs fire alarm chirping. To our surprise, the owner personally showed up and changed the battery within 1 hour! If you are looking for a quiet, stress free vacation in a beautifully updated setting, look no further!

Great location and great condo

We had a wonderful week in St Augustine. The walk to the beach was very short and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything about the condo was just as it was portrayed online. The furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Communication was easy and responses were quick. Beautiful 2 story condo. Great view and location! Everyone there is very friendly. Beach is amazing! Wished we had booked for a longer stay. Hope to go back soon. We did wish beach chairs were included in the unit.
