There was lots to like about this property, lovely living area, great views, nice spa and pool, plenty of towels, and clear entry instructions. However, during our stay we had no hot water in 5 of the 7 bathrooms, including BOTH master bedrooms. Also, just a ton of things that indicated a lack of care for their visitors; kitchen utensils were terrible, only 8 forks for an 8 bedroom house, terrible quality and scratched pans, everything just put away chaotically, cabinets in need of repair, and a few other small issues. We also had issues with the spa, which we did get resolved after multiple calls and messages. The managing agents were easy to reach, but it took a long time to resolve small issues and the big issue was not resolved. We’ve used VRBO for housing for our annual golf vacation every year for over a decade, probably our most disappointing experience (most have been terrific). Beach was beautiful.

Great stay for our 9 person family. Only downside the spa wasn’t working but we did spend a lot of time outside by the pool. The house is great. I’m picky about having a bathroom for each guest. It was very clean and the location was amazing!

Great house.

Big house. Great location. Good communication.Check-in was delayed for over 1 hour for cleaning. In fairness, based on the overflowing trash in the garbage cans outside, there may have been much more work for the cleaners than usual.Also, beautiful master shower on top floor did not drain well at all.

Disappointed in the outside care

The cleanliness of the indoors was great with the exception of a couple of beds having old or unclean sheets. Luckily, everyone in our party couldn’t be there so we had extra beds to choose from. However, the outside area left a LOT to be desired! The pool was dirty and had not been maintenanced or maintained in quite a while. The hot tub was also dirty with murky water that never got hot. The grill was dirty and moldy. The grounds needed care. We choose a house each year very carefully to include these amenities, so the fact that they were disappointedly maintained ruined our trip.

Bad luck, but now....crickets

We loved the house and location. Unfortunately, the upstairs AC was not working (July in Florida!!). It took to Day 5 to get it replaced. This was a partner property with Vacasa and I can't get them to return my calls/texts. VRBO needs to hold them accountable as VRBO got a "piece of the action". Right now this looks no better than the properties you poke fun at on your commercials.

Great time had at the beach

Property was good and suited our family of 16. Master bedroom was amazing and the other bedrooms a little small with small bathrooms but it was not an issue. We had a problem with the kitchen sink faucet and they came out to replace it. Beach access was amazing and the beach and sand was awesome! Wrap around porches were great and we saw some beautiful thunderstorms. We would rent this property again.

So many safety concerns!!

Firstly , the cleaning crew delayed our check in for over an hour. When we were able to enter we found the floor very dirty. There were no cleaning supplies. Fortunately we had brought some and cleaned the floor before the babies could be put down. We did not think to wipe the countertops down with Clorox and several of the adults developed GI problems. Secondly, we noticed that the outdoor railing had just been replaced. There were several posts that were either not attached properly or attached all. I immediately notified the representative about this safety concern, but no one ever came out to check or repair. I cannot believe that with this liability there was no concern. There were several other safety issues inside also. There is a wire railing around the staircase that was very loose. The staircases in this house are also a concern if you have small children. Fortunately we brought baby gates to secure the staircases. Thirdly, the pool was not clean and the water level was so low you could not turn the pump on. There was a hose so we put water in the pool. However, when the hose was on there was no water pressure in the house!! This is a good house, with a great location, but very poorly maintained. And bring your own beach towels!!

Great house & location

This is a perfect house for a large group, we had 17. The location is wonderful. However, we were disappointed w the management company. The adults looked forward to the heated spa but the heater didn’t work. Also, there was a smell of sewage near the pool and the pool wasn’t very clean. I contacted Vacasa but the issues were not addressed. Our family group has booked through VBRO several times and had no problems. A little thing, there is usually a notebook w house & local info but not at this house. Also, some railings were not securely attached on a balcony, not a problem for us but could be with small children.

Family Beach Getaway

The house size and location was great. But our hot tub did not work. There was an ant and roach problem. The stove was broken as was the main kitchen faucet. I tried to get some help to at least get the hot tub working but our property manager was unresponsive. Couldn’t even get a message back.

The house was a great place for our family of 19 to celebrate Christmas. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Close proximity to the beach was a plus. The pool and hot tub heaters did not work. I called to let the manager know and was told that someone would come to fix it. They never did. Our grandchildren did swim some, but would have used it more with the heater working. Other than that, a great time was had by all. Thanks.

Don’t be fooled

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures! Half of the amenities at this property do not work. The pool ques had no tips, the pool & spa heater does not work even though we were assured it did. We stayed a whole week in January so you can assume how upset my family was when there wasn’t anything to do since it was too cold to swim without the heater working. We were denied an attempt to get it fixed and instead was offered a 20% refund. Unacceptable! Do not stay here!

Wedding Party House

Our wedding party of 20 booked this house in order to hangout for the weekend of our wedding. The house was gorgeous and worked perfectly for our group. The location is amazing.
