Oceanfront 3 makuuhuoneen täysin kalustettu Crescent Beach Summerhouse 166: lla

  • Äskettäin uusittu kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpy Oceanfront tasainen on kulmayksikkö. Helppo sisään ja ulos niille, joilla on vaikea kävellä. Tämä yksikkö nukkuu 8 ihmistä king-vuode makuuhuoneessa, yksi kuningatar keskellä vierashuoneessa, kaksi kaksoset toisessa vierashuoneessa ja vuodesohva olohuoneessa. siellä on kolme televisiota ja kaksi DVD-soitinta. Laattalattiat kaikkialla. Hiiligrilli ulkona, jotta voit grillata yksikössä. Summerhouse-hotellissa on 4 lämpötila-ohjattavaa uima-allasta, joista voi valita uivan ympäri vuoden! Siellä on myös neljä tenniskenttää, kaksi mailapallokenttää ja yksi kattopallokenttä. Meillä on kaksi grillausaluetta ja kaksi leikkipaikkaa lapsille, jotka sijaitsevat kätevästi kiinteistön molemmissa päissä. Yhteinen alue uima-altaitamme ympäröi rehevä ja hyvin hoidettu ruoho lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Vuokrayksiköllämme on ystävällinen pääkonttorin henkilökunta ja huolto paikan päällä auttamaan ongelmien ratkaisemisessa nopeasti, jos niitä ilmenee. Meillä on pieni kirjasto ja kuntosali käytettävissä normaalina aukioloaikoina avuksesi.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Summerhouse for about 40 years, on and off, so we have a good platform to rate this unit. It was a lovely unit - except for the mattresses and the living room furniture. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms were unlike anything I have ever seen soft you could not get out of them without help. I think someone put a pillow top on to try to cover up a bad mattress. The living room furniture looks good in the photo, but both the sofa and the loveseat have very little cushioning...on the sofa you can actually feel the hard metal support underneath. This unit would be really good if it were not for these two very important issues. Like it is, the unit was not worth the money we paid for it.

Has to be more organized with some system to let the office know when rentals are available and those people can go ahead and check in. In the past, we have been able to get in earlier and the office staff was very accommodating. Something needs to be changed by next year to make this a smoother process.

Unit 166 was one of the most beautiful and well equipped units we have ever stayed in. We were disappointed that the dishwasher wasn’t working for most of our trip and that it took three days to get it fixed. Especially after being told it hadn't worked properly in eight months. For what we paid we shouldn’t have to worry about doing dishes on vacation. Other than that it was perfect.

Love the dining area. More area rugs would be nice. Plenty of towels on hand. Beautiful countertops with new appliances. Overall a nice stay.

Very close to the beach and easy to get to We had a few surprises in the kitchen regarding cleanliness. Overall most things were clean but we found a very dirty knife & very dirty spatula And a bowl in the cabinet With water as well as seeing a Live roach under the kitchen Cabinet. Also we noticed many cobwebs under the TV cabinet in LR. The attention to these details were surprising as the unit was overall pleasant. The master bedroom window lock is broken which presents a security issue
