Park once and never get in your car again! In addition, sun and surf on Vilano Beach as close as a 3 mile drive or 15 minute bike ride away! St. Augustine Beach Pier, beach strip, and island attractions such as the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and Alligator Farm are all within a 5 mile drive, just over the historic Bridge of Lions.



Saragossa Sunshine is furnished and equipped with you in mind! The bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed and a large screen TV. A modern luxurious bathroom with black and white tile is equipped with a walk-in shower. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
