In the lovely, gated community of Seaside at Anastasia, this immaculate beach condo is steps from the beach, fishing pier, splash park, playground & volleyball. It is walking distance from restaurants, shops, farmers markets & concerts, plus a short drive from Historic charming St. Augustine. Spacious “Sea Breeze”, 2nd floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is fully furnished with equipped kitchen, laundry room & balcony overlooking the lake & welcoming the sunrise.
With tile & hardwood floors, beautiful beachy decor, it sleeps 7. The morning-lit master suite opens to balcony & boasts a renovated bath with soak tub & hand painted sea creature mural. WIFI, TV’s, board games, books, beach towels/chairs/buckets & boogie boards are all there! Plus… complex offers heated pool, clubhouse, fitness center, elevator & assigned parking. We came to St. Augustine for my son's birthday and New Year's. Everything about the condo was great, and we didn't have any problems. All the amenities were excellent and the location is perfect for walking to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. We would definitely love to come back next time!

Great condo for a large family

My family of seven enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo and complex were clean, quiet, safe, modern, and was in an excellent location. Though we were in a busy area directly across from the pier, the gated condo complex was calm and great for our kids. If we return to Saint Augustine Beach for future vacations, we will definitely consider staying at this location again.

The condo was amazing and fully equipped for cooking. It was clean and the owner was prompt in answering any questions. The location is perfect- there is so much to do within walking distance or a brief car ride.

Fabulous Place for a Family Getaway

Such a beautiful place and plenty of space for our family of 7. We loved the walking distance to the beach and all the awesome supplies they had to help us make it a great day. The kitchen also had all the supplies we needed to help us cook a few meals. The family all wished for one more day.

Great quiet Condo close to beach

Just a block from beach, short walking distance to restaurants and breakfast. Great decorations, and even has beach supplies! We enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, quiet area with how big it was! Felt safe and secure! Chris the host responded quickly if I had questions. Close drive to historic downtown! Had everything we needed! Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect Spot

We loved this condo, it was very-well maintained and clean. There was not a day that we were not sitting out on the balcony, at all hours of the day. Chris was responsive and a great host, we would absolutely go back for another stay!

Quiet, convenient condo complex

The complex is within a mile of about 13 restaurants. The beach is minutes away, very usable and enjoyable. The condo unit was well stocked with linens, kitchen equipment, pool toys and games. We enjoyed looking at the pond and wildlife from the balcony. The owner was quick to respond to any needed communication. We had a lovely six week stay. Thank you Chris.

Absolutely Amazing

This may have been one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Chris is EXTREMELY communicative and will get back to you fastly. The property is exactly as pictured. Everything you need is there including games and books! It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and so many delicious restaurants. Community itself is quiet and perfect. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Great stay!

Great location! Five minute walk to the beach. Short walk to restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen and for the beach. Just bring your clothes and everything else is provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time at Bayside Bohemia

This was an absolutely beautiful property - well maintained; spotlessly cleaned; safe - I can't say enough good things about our stay. We especially loved having access to a garage and the bikes. We loved the location to the Lion Bridge and walking into the Old Town. My only feedback is the lighting, at nighttime, in the kitchen/living area is not the best. There is a regular light over the sink; but it's covered with a decorative shade (called a bird's nest) that literally blocks all the normal light into the living room and the kitchen. If you want to cook or prepare food after dark; its very difficult to see. Many of the other lights in the room are battery operated, which makes them dimmer. There was no reading light on a table in the living room; so you couldn't sit and read a book unless using the overhead light where the fan is. For my purposes, the lighting was not the best on the upper level. Also, we didn't realize; but the refrigerator/freezer does NOT make ice at all. After inquiring with the mgmt company, we had to run out and purchase a bag of ice. There is not a book or instruction sheet in the house to tell us about the lack of ice machine or how to operated the tv. Again, overall, we had LOVED our stay and had no problems at all communicating with the property managers.
