St Augustine waterfront home on canal w/ private dock, walk to beach!

Beachside Boaters Bungalow is located in the Treasure Beach community of Saint Augustine. The home is located on a salt-water canal minutes away from the beach, intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine. You can bring your own boat or enjoy the kayaks waiting for you on the private floating dock in the backyard! Located just a short 10 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine is only 7 miles away!

This home sleeps 5 with one Queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. One of the twin beds has a roll-out trundle twin bed.

There are TVs in both bedrooms and there is a TV in the living room. All TVs are smart-TVs and we offer Netflix and HBO-Max on us. You can log into all of your other favorite services while visiting.

Amenities include a floating dock (feel free to tie up your own boat or fish off of the dock or bulkhead). There is also an outdoor seating area on a private backyard patio overlooking the canal. There is a BBQ grill on the patio and a screen porch off the back canal-side of the home. There is a fire-pit overlooking the canal along with a double-person hammock nestled under the palm trees overlooking the water. You'll find beach bikes, kayaks, and plenty of beach toys and board games to use also. There are also plenty of rental shops nearby.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 7 mile drive to historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. The beach is right nearby and walkable! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses at A Street (must have 4 wheel drive) or to Crescent Beach to park and walk on.
