Step onto the screened balcony and soak in the serene views of the pool and tranquil lake, while enjoying picturesque glimpses of the ocean and breathtaking sunrises that will start your day off right. All linens are thoughtfully provided, including beach towels, so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your vacation. Stay connected with secured wireless internet throughout the unit, and unwind in the cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. One of the guest bedrooms also features a Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

For the ultimate beach experience, we have provided beach essentials including an umbrella, chairs, sand toys, a boogie board, and pool noodles. Enjoy leisurely rides along the coast with our 2 adult bikes available for guest use. Beautiful!!

This condo was exactly as pictured, extremely clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and we had zero issues while staying. Check in was easy and manager responded quickly when booking. They have everything you need for a beach vacation, chairs, toys, towels, wagon, etc. It is close to everything and an easy walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location!!!

I thoroghly enjoyed my stay here in St Augustine Beach. There is so much to do within walking distance or a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again! The unit was very well stocked with precise instructions from the owners.

Home away from home

We had the best of time on our first visit to st. Augustine beach. The property was terrific. We truly felt at home. It was fully equipped with everything that we would need and then some. Very comfortable, clean, well maintained. Thank you!

Great place!

We had a great stay! The condo was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. The place was so organized and very clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. They also beach, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for us to use. The condo was basically equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

3 Sisters Vacation

The condo was beautifully appointed with convenient location. The lock box directions were a bit deceiving (if you’ve never opened one, the instructions were not exactly easy to follow😂) After getting a young lady from property management to come and show how to get in, all went well! My sisters (from Ohio and Virginia) and I (NC) were able to easily drive to site see, enjoy Crescent Beach, eat at great places and relax and meet great people everywhere.

Loved this condo!

This condo has everything you could need or imagine!!! Having all the beach supplies available was wonderful!!! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The king bed was very comfortable!! We enjoyed having nice restaurants a very shirt walk away. Overall, very pleased.

Great rental

We stayed here for a week in March and the condo really had everything you could want or need. The beach chairs and wagon were great to have and use. Washer and dryer helped so much! Any utensil needed was available. The views and location were great for wallong to restaurants, beach, etc. I would recommend this condo.

Wonderful condo with everything you need

Condo was nicely decorated and had more than what we needed from cooking, bedding, towels through beach accessories. We honestly could have left several things home with how much was there. There are elevators to help when unloading/loading car. Property manager leaves plenty of supplies to get your stay started. Condo was in a good location. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Beach was a little walk but not too far. Found it easier to use wagon and walk to beach rather than find parking in lot by the beach.

This condo was amazing. Beautiful ckean and the most equipped place I have ever stayed. Everything thing was thought of. Had a crush and tv issue and maintenance came so fast fixed the problems and he was so nice. Just loved it.

Beautiful Condo!

We were very impressed with the rental. Beautifully decorated and very roomy. We had access to just about anything we could need for the beach and pool. The balcony was perfect for late night relaxing and early morning coffee. Walking to the beach and restaurants were a breeze. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back again!!

Amazing Condo

The condo was perfect and one of the most stocked and organized we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect. Resort was quiet and everyone was friendly. Pool is small but was not a deal breaker for us. We will be back for sure!

Vacation get-away!

Could not have been happier renting this beautiful, lovely condo! The rental is FULLY furnished, extremely clean-and the location is wonderful. Beds are comfortable and the living room, dining room and kitchen feel like home. This is a place I would consider renting for a lengthy period of time. Don’t miss out on this gem!!!

Better than advertised

This place is super cute and roomy. The photos do not do this place justice. The walk isn’t far at all from the beach and few restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the place was equip with everything we needed kitchen wise. The towels were soft as well as the covers. There is even a Roku TV in the living room. In the mornings you can watch the sunrise over the ocean when sitting on the balcony. The only complaint I have is the maintenance people were loud in the mornings. But that cannot be helped. Overall a wonderful experience and hope to be back.

Beautiful and convenient

The condo is nicer than the pictures. It’s very nicely furnished with everything you need. Just a short walk to the beach and to awesome restaurants. This was our first time to St Augustine and we can’t wait to go back.
