The space

This newly constructed beach house will wow you from the moment you drive up. The professionally decorated and appointed house and backyard pool oasis will allow you to relax and enjoy the memories of your vacation. There are two balconies with views of the ocean where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset views. All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The large kitchen and two living rooms are perfect for entertaining any size group and there is an elevator for carrying all your groceries and luggage to each floor. A kid's fun zone with Foosball, darts, corn hole and ping pong are set up in the garage. The backyard is a private retreat with many seating options, a heated pool, gas grill and outdoor shower.  This home is monitored by Ring Security, at the doorbell, the driveway and the gate to the backyard. **This home is limited to 12 guests. Absolutely No Large Parties or Gatherings



First Floor:

Here is the kids' space everyone needs, there is a bunkroom with 2 twin bunks sleeping 4, its own full bath with large shower, a living room with large TV and two additional chairs that convert to twin beds. This floor gives access to the garage gaming area, the backyard space with pool baskets with beach towels (12) and the elevator.



Second Floor:

Entertainers' open concept area with large fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, laundry room, large pantry, 1/2 bath, bar area and access to the first balcony. The balcony has two counter height tables to accommodate up to 8 seats. This floor also has the first of three king en-suite bedrooms with large shower, peekaboo a view of the ocean and view of the pool.



Third Floor:

As you enter this floor you are greeted with a built-in coffee and tea bar fully equipped for morning coffee or evening drinks on the upper deck. Here you will find the second king en-suite bedroom with a shower/tub combo. Last but not least is the primary/master en-suite with full double vanity, stand-alone tub, glass shower and huge closet (with pack n play if needed). This primary/master give you access to the second balcony and offers seating to enjoy the views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets.

Our property offers you a few extra supplies to start your vacation without a trip to the store right away. You will find a small offering of coffee pods, sugar, two rolls of toilet paper per bath, paper towels and a few extra trash bags to get you going. 

*** Pool is heated with an electric heat pump, if temperatures drop below 50 degrees keeping the pool at a comfortable temperature will be a challenge.
