Hyvin kunnostettu valtameren edessä 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpykaupungin kodissa on tarpeeksi nukkuakseen kuusi. Olohuoneessa on upeat näkymät merelle uskomattoman mukavien sohviltamme mukavuuksilla, joissa haluat olla koko päivän näillä sohvilla. Keittiössä olemme päivittäneet kodinkoneet ja mikroaaltouunin lasilevyn päällä niille, jotka mieluummin ruokailla kuin syödä. Se on sisustettu tyylikkäällä sisustuksella kaikkialla, ja Master-sviitissä on tilava kuningas, josta on helppo kävellä suihkukaapissa. Laitteessa on laatta läpi koko, mutta matot ovat portaissa. Vierashuone on ajateltu yhtä hyvin kuin master-sviitti. Meillä on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ylimääräisille vieraille, jotka saattavat yöpyä kanssasi, ja pieni tv. Kylpyhuoneessa on amme / suihku-yhdistelmä, jos tarvitset ylellisen kylpyammeen ja seuraavana päivänä päätät kiireessäsi ja käytät suihku. Summerhouse-hotellissa on 4 lämpötila-ohjattavaa uima-allasta, joista voi valita uivan ympäri vuoden! Siellä on myös neljä tenniskenttää, kaksi mailapallokenttää ja yksi kattopallokenttä. Meillä on kaksi grillausaluetta ja kaksi leikkipaikkaa lapsille, jotka sijaitsevat kätevästi kiinteistön molemmissa päissä. Yhteinen alue uima-altaitamme ympäröi rehevä ja hyvin hoidettu ruoho lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Vuokrayksiköllämme on ystävällinen pääkonttorin henkilökunta ja huolto paikan päällä auttamaan ongelmien ratkaisemisessa nopeasti, jos niitä ilmenee. Meillä on pieni kirjasto ja kuntosali käytettävissä normaalina aukioloaikoina avuksesi.

The only thing I wish Summerhouse had was gas grills by the pools. The location of the charcoal grills are so far away from the units.

The view is incredible, all the furniture and beds are super comfy, and you can't beat that short walk to the beach and the pool. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the decor, too. There are little touches everywhere that make it feel comfortable and homey. We can't wait to stay here again.

After driving 8 hours on a hot day the unit was locked. Had to call to the office. The unit itself needs kitchen organization and is badly in need of updating in the kitchen and bathrooms upstairs. Gross mold on shower door. There also was a large family group that congregated below on balcony at dinner time on numerous days which didn't allow us to enjoy our time viewing and listening to the ocean.

The kitchen and bathrooms could use an update (specifically kitchen countertops, kitchen sink and faucet, and dishwasher). Overall a great unit. Property management and maintenance were great - quick response with refrigerator and microwave light bulbs and sheets for sleeper sofa.

Rocker good. Fitted sheets in Master bedroom kept coming off they were too Big. 3 potato peelers in kitchen and none were good. Master shower had MOLD that we couldn't get off. Area rug in living room was dirty, so we rolled it up and put behind couch.Need better TV selection on cable. Couldn't get a lot of channels.

When we indicated that that wouldn’t work for our family, we were told, “just use paper plates”. Wrong answer! They eventually sent a repairman. This condo has been renovated. Sadly, there are problems. Most of the kitchen outlets “spit out” the plugs. We had to make toast in the guest bath! Also, half of the light bulbs were out with no extras available.

Summerhouse is a great complex and our unit was excellent. We found the unit to be very clean and included everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as rental locations go along Crescent Beach the location was excellent. My family and I have used summer house rentals four times now. This particular location was missing a sliding glass door in the master shower, in need of furniture upgrades due to cleanliness, and most important we made use of the cable and Internet to do family movie nights before bedtime and the Internet and cable was out for 3 out of the 7 days.
