The houseboat is a a fully remodeled 1987 Skipperliner Aquaminium. 55ft in length and 14 ft wide. It is equipped with a house central AC unit that keeps the boat nice and comfortable cool and warm in the cold months.

It is the first boat slip off the dock for maximum protection from major storms, while also being a very convenient walk to your car. So no need to run down a long dock in a rainstorm.

The boat has a spiral staircase leading to the top deck where lounger chairs await you as well as swivel captains chairs and bench seating that provides wonderful views of the sunsets and sunrises. Catch the most breeze up on the top deck and enjoy the sights after a long day of walking the town.

The rear of the boat has split level bedrooms. downstairs is the "Master" with a king size bed, and access to the back patio. The back patio fully screened in and has 2 chairs to take in the night air on bug free.

The upper level has 2 twin size mattresses and an office desk with office chair. Upstairs has 360 degrees of windows for enjoying the sights while protected from the elements. There are ample plugs and USBs for all your devices.

The kitchen has all the comforts of a kitchen at home with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, and full size fridge with freezer. We've provided a drip coffee maker, toaster, and microwave for more options.

The living room has a smart TV mounted to the wall where guests can sign into their own streaming services and continue binging their favorite shows while traveling. The TV also comes with a live TV option to watch local news, weather, etc. Be sure to sign out before you check out or other guests may use your streaming services.
