Moderni 5 makuuhuoneen talo, suuri uima-allas, oma puutarha, ja merinäköala

"Beam Reach" rakennettiin vuonna 1970 arkkitehti perheelleen. Se näyttää nykyään tyylikkäästi ja nykyaikaiselta, sillä se on rakennettu.

2020 on meidän seitsemäs vuosi toivottaa vieraat, joten voit myös nauttia tästä upeasta kodista.
ULKOPUOLELLA - Lähes hehtaarin vehreä puutarha, jossa oma iso uima-allas (lämmitetty kesällä), ja täysin aidattu turvallisuussyistä. On kaksi terassia - ylempi näyttää yli puutarhan ja yli puiden latvat ulos merelle, alempi on paremmin suojassa, josta on näköala puutarhaan ja täydellinen paikka ruokailuun.
INSIDE - Ylisuuret Olohuone avautuu ylempään patio on upeat näkymät. Iso ruokasali keittiö, on täysin varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitset täydellinen loma; mukaan lukien valikoima liesi, astianpesukone ja amerikkalainen tyyli jääkaappi-jäätyä. Mukana on myös erillinen ruokailutila, wc ja kodinhoitohuone. Makuuhuone 6 jalka super-king-vuode ja oma. Toinen makuuhuone 5 jalka parivuode. Kolmas makuuhuone jossa kaksi 3 jalka sänkyä (tai yksi 6ft super-king-vuode). Neljäs Makuuhuoneessa kaksi sänkyä - suositella lapsille. Viides Makuuhuoneessa kaksi 3 jalka sänkyä (tai yksi 6ft super-king-vuode) ja Kylpyhuone. Perhe Kylpyhuone lisäksi kaksi kylpyhuone.
LÄHELLÄ --Beautiful sijainti lähellä Sea ja Lounais Coastal Path. Ranta ja luksushotelli Sparin ja golfkenttä ovat 10 minuutin kävelymatka. Coast Path kulkee itään pitkin kallioita kilometrikaupalla Par ja sen jälkeen. Lännessä, polku putoaa kevyesti reunoille kenttien Georgetownin historiallisesta kylän satama, noin 20 minuutin kävelymatka. ALUEEN - Eden Project kanssa maailman suurin sisätiloissa Rain-metsä on 15 minuutin ajomatka. St Austell Kaupungin keskustassa on suuri ostosalue ja parkkipaikka noin 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Firstly I AM NOT looking for this feedback to be made public. My intention is to provide honest feedback for the owner's consideration.The house and the gardens are beautiful and very first impressions definitely have the wow factor. Unfortunately those expectations were not maintained.Firstly (a small point but we feel relevant) - We have stayed in many properties in Cornwall over the years, frequently for a much lower cost and have always arrived to a much better welcome pack of treats. It's a nice touch that sets things up well. Our are substantive issues:1. The house was not properly cleaned: We had to clean the bathrooms downstairs before we used them. All of the corners were thick with cobwebs and the baths had multiple dead insects. The windows in the living room are thick with cobwebs in the corners- whilst this might be excused for the highest windows - it was the case with all of them. They clearly have not been cleaned in some time.2. Many of the items of furniture are in a state of disrepair- the settee, the armchair, the coffee table, the stool below the small desk etc. Please see pictures3. The pool had not been cleaned when we arrived. There was a lot of dirt on the bottom and floating 'bits' from the garden. Expected it to be cleaned Monday - it wasn't. It was cleaned on Friday the day before we came home. I texted on the Wednesday when we had to remove a dead frog from the pool but received no reply.4. Broken tile on deck is a trip hazard

Spacious family house overlooking the sea, with superb garden and large swimming pool. Kitchen is well equipped, good sized bedrooms, lounge and balcony on top floor have great views. Very professionally managed, manicured garden, pool and house spotless. Our 3 generation family loved it.

Week in Cornwall

Ok but felt welcome pack could have been better with just a small amount of money. We have stayed in other similar places in Cornwall and Devon and have had better welcomes with homely vases of flowers, sometimes scones, jam and cream. The house lacks finishing touches and is all blue and white and dare I say it needs a “woman’s touch”. The stairs down to the bedrooms needs some attention! The garden and pool were lovely although we did not see a pool attendant all week.

Superb holiday

We just had a fantastic weeks holiday with family and friends, and dogs at this lovely house. The garden and swimming pool were superb with a lovely sea view pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach and as a bonus was dog friendly this year. We would recommend it as a fantastic holiday and hope to go back again. David our host was extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed. Lovely and clean and plenty of room for everyone. Thank you to everyone involved in making this a fantastic holiday.

We loved our stay here, it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is spacious and very clean. It is close walk to the beach and the area have lovely restaurants close by. It is also close drive to Eden Project and some other sightseeing experience. We will definitely look to rebook

Second time we stayed

We stayed here in 2020 and loved the location/house/grounds/pool, we came back again for our 2022 holiday. We had slight issue with boiler but David was really good getting the plumbers straight out and getting it fixed. The grounds are lovely, the kids had so much free reign, its all encased in so they can't get out. The pool was used twice a day every day, we had a thunderstorm and it didn't stop us. The house layout is brilliant, plenty of space for everyone to congregate together in the big rooms but enough rooms you can also have space to be away from each other. Carlyon Bay lovely, nice 10 min walk to Charlestown, 10 min drive to Pentewen and our favourite place in the world Lelant Beach in Hayle, about an hours drive but that beach you could be anywhere in the world. Supermarket 2 mins down the road, we booked a home delivery shopping for the day we arrived. Sure we will be back to this house as we love it so much

Luxury holiday in Cornwall

Beam Reach has everything you could want from a holiday rental. The gardens are stunning as is the view across Carlyon Bay. We were able to spend time in the pool every day thanks to the owner keeping it at 29C. Bedrooms and kitchen fantastically equipped. Highly recommended.

Great time spent in Cornwall. House was dated and not as clean as I would have liked on arrival, but I do like cleaning so wasn't too bothered to have a spruce round. Kids loved the pool and gardener was a lovely gentleman. Location was perfect for beach and some georgous resturants in near by Charleston. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location.

All you could want from a holiday home - great location, amazing views, large well maintained property. The pool is huge …the kids didn’t want to leave. The grounds are also huge for the location. Also dog friendly…our Labrador loved it! David was very good with the comms providing all the info we needed. We will be back and I’d highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! House, garden and pool are stunning - our kids loved playing in the pool all week and we got lucky with the super weather! Enjoyed our daily walks to Carlyon Beach and/or Charlestown. Would definitely recommend to others and we’ll certainly be back!
