”Room was clean, needs bathroom updating, loud sink and shower. Room smelled like dog. Breakfast was okay, not well maintained. For a quick overnight stay was fine.”

”When I arrived, there was a notification the front desk would be back in 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes. He came back … said he’d be right with me … went into his office … I waited … came out to his office … with his back to me, he was writing something down … I waited … he finally turned around and asked if I was checking in. ”The front desk person Maria was wonderful when we arrived. She was very pleasant.
The pool was dirty and the hot tub was a weird color and closed.
The room had not been vacuumed- u set the couch was crumbs and garbage. The pull out mattress was old and dirty. It was hard to get sheets or blanket.”

”The room was great for the most part. The pull out couch was uncomfortable and the noise from the hallway through the night was very audible from the room where the couch was located making for a rough night of sleep. The separate bedroom area allowed for those in that space to sleep well and not hear the hallway noise as much.”

”The first room we had no lights and the bed had been slept in. They upgraded our room but the room was absolutely disgusting. The bedding had stains and holes in them, the carpets were stained, we had 1 set of holey towels and the whole room smelt horrible. I highly do not recommend staying here. Upon leaving we noticed a paper taped to the door about a work notice for fixing water repairs and other maintenance that is needed. The young staff was nice but the overall stay was horrible.”
