”Really fantastic communication and attentiveness but lots of things that need work for a great experience. Accuracy of listing, one of the basketball goals was completely broken. Plumbing, there was a leak in the master bathroom that looked to be there for a while along with the shower drain not working as it should. ”I liked the condition of the location, however there is no curb appeal. The yard was overgrown and not well kept, not in the best area. Inside the residence, while the floor was clean, new linoleum it was hollow and felt like it would cave in at any point throughout the residence.”

Very clean and comfortable.We were able to park in the garage, which is awesome in the Florida heat. The laundry room was wonderful. It is close to a grocery store and every other retail establishment one may desire. The host is responsive. In summary, we will rent this property again if it is available.”
