Luxury Lake Resort ✨

Welcome to our custom-renovated, awe inspired luxury lake home!!! From the moment you step in, you won't be disappointed. The foyer greets you as soon as you walk in with a warm welcome. The home opens up into a kitchen / living room combo with plenty of space for the family. Sink into one of the cozy papasan chairs and enjoy your favorite show or movie. The kitchen has upgraded granite countertops and custom tile from Spain. Stainless steel appliances throughout and a custom coffee bar will start your day off right every morning. Out of the sliding glass door is a heated private pool/spa overlooking the lake. A shaded patio table gives a nice space to unwind outside or relax in one of the deck chairs in the Florida sun.

Off of the living room is a quiet hallway with entrances for each bedroom complete with blackout blinds, custom furniture, and just the right amount of color. For the large master bedroom secluded in the back, a cathedral ceiling and flatscreen TV gives a more private setting. A walk-in bathroom attached to the master is equipped with his / her vessel sinks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in LED rain shower. A second master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom give additional privacy. Bedrooms 3 and 4 with queen beds are flanking a shared bathroom with an additional vessel sink and walk-in LED rain shower. Bedroom 5 is a large kids bedroom with 2 stacking bunk beds and a trio of nostalgic arcade games. Play as one of your favorite ninja turtles, start your own NFL franchise on NFL Blitz, or finish your enemies with a flawless victory in Mortal Kombat.

Whether you stay for 1 night or 100 you won't be disappointed. We guarantee it!!

VRBO stay in Kissimmee

Beautiful, well kept, 5 bedroom house in Kissimmee. It was nice to have private pool and hot tub to relax in before and after long days running around Florida. Gated community quiet and well kept. It was about 30 minutes from attractions. Give an extra 15 minutes or more for traffic. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Amazing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice that after a day of adventuring we could come back to the Vrbo and the kids could swim or play games in the arcade. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for visiting family and for going to Universal Studios. I recommend this house for your next trip.

Jacuzzi and pool were great! My only complaint was the coffee unit. The coffe maker did not work and the hot water maker would trip the surge surpressor. Unfortunately im a big coffee person and that part was bad for me. Other than that everything was gtrat!

Florida Trip!

We loved the area! House was close to a lot of restaurants! Nice and clean inside! Kids loved the new game room, plus the pool and hot tub! The main bedroom bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be, all the other rooms were nice! The stove didn’t heat as well as I would’ve liked. Overall, we would come back and stay!

A wonderful place - a great location !

This home is wonderful. It’s in a good location (gated community) with easy access to Disney, grocery stores and nature walks. The heated pool and large hot tub were a big hit with our family. We spent everyday eating and relaxing on the Lanai. It overlooks a pond that has an array wildlife like birds and occasional sightings of an alligator. When we come back to Florida we will most definitely look to stay here again. The hosts - Mark and Marianna were very responsive to all of our needs.
