”Cute place. Nice view. Clean rooms. Quiet. Staff was wonderful. Loved Peggy at the front desk.
Perfect place to stay. Having multiple restaurants attached to the hotel was a nice convenience. Oldest running hotel in the state of Minnesota. Has that charm. Not a chain. Even heard some cool ghost stories about the place. Do have to admit, we did hear some doors rattling at night. No explanation. lol. That was great. We want to go back, too. Thank you all for a great stay.”

”There was a large water mark “stain” on the sheet, I just turned the sheet around so the stain was at my feet. The lobby and stair carpets needed to be vacuumed. The breakfast was limited. There was zero hot tea available. I’ve never seen that. When I asked, they said they were waiting for an order to come in. ”Our room was clean and spacious. We needed to roll in an extra cot and the front desk was very helpful. The activities on site were great for the kids. You have to walk through the casino to get anywhere and it smells like cigarettes, even though there's designated smoking areas. The outdoor fires on the patio shut down with the pool, so there wasn't a quiet place to hang out later in the evening. And the check in process was clunky.
