”Our room had dirty carpets. They definitely need to be steam cleaned. They were all stained. I felt gross walking on that carpet. The tv was the size of a computer monitor and ontop of a desk. ”It is a nice property with upscale finishings. There is a strong cigarette odor in the lobby. When we checked in they had no reservation for us and blamed Expedia. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes while the lady at the desk waited on her phone to try to get it fixed.
