”Good staff , clean hotel , dinner was good , with an added touch of a “birthday” complimentary dessert given to us . It was a nice touch .
The breakfast was average , not great nor below par . Excuse the pun … over all it was a very satisfactory stay . Thank you . ”

”This stay was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. No noise in the hallway at night at all. Alex who checked us in and out couldn’t have been more helpful. The spa was lovely and clean and made us feel extremely relaxed. We will be back again 😊”

”I don’t have a bad word to say about the New Continental hotel. From the Welcome to the departure. The rooms are lovely and the staff friendly .. the food at Steve’s Brasserie is fabulous. We stay here every time we visit Plymouth”

”Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast.
We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful.
We have booked for our next trip already 😊”
