”Beautiful room, immaculate and very clean. Absolutely loved our 1 night stay here, and wished we could’ve had longer. Thankyou Marcie for your hospitality, we will be back next time we’re in Rotorua. The Thames Girls!!”

”Everything was great! The lady who runs the place was very helpful. The place is very well maintained & the facilities are terrific. You can also use the connected hotel pool. Great value for the price.”

”The hotel was quite nice and the beds comfortable. We had to ask for more coffee bags, since there was only one small filter bag in the room. No disch washer. Only stairs up to the second level. The restaurant-also for breakfast -was closed.”

”Gorgeous hotel and beautiful location!! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for my family. Thank you”

”Awesome customer service from the man in the office. Super lovely!”

”The room was well thought out and worked well for us. The kitchenette was nice, though we didn't cook. The bathroom seemed like it had been updated recently. Our only issue was that it was quite cold in the room and we couldn't make the heat work. There is on-site parking which is always helpful.”

”Very good place and location. Everything went smoothly. Helpful reseption.”

”As a solo female, i felt safe in the histel and area. I went early october so not too many travelers, so quiet.”

”I would recommend to others. Clean kitchen and facilities.”

”Great private spa pools”

”Motel with a good location and service. Also the small hot tub was nice in the room. Room was little bit noisy, but overall it was really nice stay.”

”The place was spotless, the location ideal.”

”Location was convenient. Parking was fine. Room smelled bad and we didn’t want to touch the old nappy pillows on the couch. The bottom floor smelled bad, which I assume was from the carpet. The toilet base was dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain. Beds upstairs were clean and had a good 2 nights rest although the apartment was ccld even with the heater turned up. It was roomy and there was a playground. I guess it would be okay for a family with young kids”

”Very good!”

”Hotelli on Rotoruan keskustan ulkopuolella, joten soveltuu parhaiten niille, joilla on auto käytettävissä.
