”Ashley at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean, but no hot water. Parking is great. Location is wonderful close to shopping, grocery store, liquor store, BJ's Pizza. Short walk to the beach. Second floor balcony that you can access from your room was great. Despite the water issue, I would stay here again. The beach is great, dog friendly too.”

”Downtown Apalachicola. Could walk to anything. Property was lovely, real old Florida. We had a lovely room with a 4 poster bed and bay window. We had access to the first floor porch and my wife enjoyed reading out there on an old rocking chair. Breakfast was good and host cooked some bacon for us fresh. Love Apalachicola and would have loved to stayed in the property longer, but we were just passing through.”

The worst part were the floors which were not clean plus the fact that you had to take your trash with you when leaving or pay an extra $100!
