”Nice wee house, perfect”

”Todella siisti, täysin varusteltu asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. ”

”Excellent, will stay again”

”The property was very tired, nothing like the photos on the listing, Definately not a 9 star. Shower leaked, the bed was horrible, a park bench would have been more comfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and clearly had been laundered a lot. Photos were clearly staged, no pretty pillows or towels or flowers. Just a plain room. Shower was very small, could barely move around. The location was good for our needs and it was quiet. Not enough positives to stay our 3...

”Could use new carpet or better yet hardwood or manufactured flooring, the place itself remind me of apartments in nyc, tall ceilings and windows, no AC, had to open windows to cool but it did cool the place well in October, I’m just not a carpet person when it comes to rental property. The place itself was relatively clean.”

”Great location- easy access to all stores - Albert docks - soccer stadiums- train stations Very clean and tidy - Staff including all the cleaning crew were very helpful Will recommend to my friends and family For the next time we are in Liverpool.”

”Fairly comfortable. Communication not particularly good or helpful.”

”Unprofessional staff. Don't book anything from HappyDays people. They will make you crazy. Prior to visit, rhey won't answer email questions or phone calls. Won't supply door passcode & parking data until day of visit..And You need to supply them wirh a CC# for security deposit. No parking voucher given, so they promised to reimburse us on our parking... called & emailed 4 times, and still waiting on credit. Staff acts clueless and gives no reassurance that things will be taken care of....

”The location was at the center of everything we wanted to do. It was a comfortable stay. Very clean. Very practical.”

”The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob.”

”The photos don’t match the photos from 2022. Suitable if you are working in the area for a while but not for a holiday. Decor was tired. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had all the utensils and utilities you need, hence the 3*”

”This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. I couldn’t have been happier and great value for money. I’d...

”For some reason they seem to change how long it takes to receive your deposit.”
