”A beautiful hotel in an incredible location, with lovely spa facilities that are worth a visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. That said, for a hotel of this calibre, we did notice a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations. Small touches — like having the tea tray refreshed without needing to ask — are the kind of details that elevate a stay, and we found ourselves having to prompt for these. ”A beautiful place, delicious breakfast though items were missing like bowls, spoons, milk, beans, sausages. We thought about going to get the milk for them. Disappointingly the steam room was out of order. Sadly, they no longer serve dinner but do offer small plates. The staff are fab, though one very noisy waitress at breakfast bashes things as she clears up. There’s a fire to warm you on chilly evenings. Enjoyed the games on offer with our nightcap.
