The property is located in a peaceful residential area and offers driveway parking for up to three vehicles, as well as secure side gates providing access to the rear garden on both sides.

The home featured underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. Each room has its own wall thermostat - simply press the up arrow to make the room warmer, or the down arrow to make the room cooler.

The kitchen tap is a four-way control tap. The side lever works as a mixer for hot and cold water, while the textured neck provides both boiling water and filtered cold water.
